As a young woman with a recent cancer diagnosis I was immediately connected with their team and with a doctor who specializes in fertility treatment for patients with cancer. Dr. Rosen was the first doctor I saw after my diagnosis and he was clear, compassionate, took plenty of time to answer my questions and made me feel sure that I would be ok. It was easy to schedule follow up appts and I never waited long at all. From the front desk staff, to the clinic staff to each doctor that I saw., I was endlessly impressed by quality of care, the empathetic staff and the efficiency in the clinic. the clinic was also VERY communicative about how things were progressing and I frequently got calls directly from dr. Rosen to talk about next steps which was very helpful. Overall the experience was very positive and I looked forward to the whole experience during my second round. Anytime I had medical concerns, I promptly received a call from a team member and never had to wait for feedback. THANK YOU!
