How it works
A 3–5 minute application, reviewed in 1–2 business days. Approved ambassadors sign the agreement and complete tax setup.
You receive an ambassador ID, a unique application link, a QR code, approved texts and posts, and the required disclosure language.
Your link carries your ID into the surrogate application. Payment is approved when operations verifies each milestone — not before.
Exact milestones, no “earn up to.”
Every amount is a fixed payment tied to a stage operations verifies. No payment for clicks or contact details, and no reward tied to the birth of a healthy child.
Referral answers age, BMI, prior birth and state questions and meets preliminary criteria.
Clinic pre-approval is on file and the referral is matched with intended parents.
Paid within 30 days of milestone verification. W-9 and payment details are collected after approval. The written agreement controls.

You do not need to have been a surrogate, and you do not need a large following. What matters is a real connection to women who may be considering surrogacy.

No. This is a referral program, not employment. There is no salary and no guaranteed income — you are paid a fixed reward when a referral reaches a verified milestone. Approved ambassadors are engaged as independent contractors under a written agreement.
The first ambassador link recorded on the candidate's application holds attribution. If the candidate already exists in our system, the referral is marked a duplicate and no reward is issued.
Within 30 days of the operations team verifying a milestone. Milestone 1 is a completed intake call meeting preliminary criteria; milestone 2 is medical pre-approval plus a confirmed match. Applications alone do not trigger payment.
Referral rewards are taxable income. After approval you complete a W-9 through a secure form, and ambassadors paid $600 or more in a calendar year receive a 1099-NEC. We do not withhold taxes and cannot give tax advice.
No. The candidate applies herself, through your link. Submitting someone's information without consent voids the referral and can end your participation in the program.
Not at this stage. You receive a unique link and a monthly status email listing each referral and its current stage. A portal is planned once the program reaches a larger group of active ambassadors.
