Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to https://patriotconceptions.com, the Patriot Conceptions portal and mobile apps operated by Patriot Conceptions, LLC, including MHB Journey, and to Patriot Conceptions in ChatGPT and Claude. It governs the data collection and usage described below.

Patriot Conceptions in ChatGPT and Claude

When you use Patriot Conceptions through ChatGPT from OpenAI or Claude from Anthropic, that service sends Patriot Conceptions only the tool request needed for the action, such as search terms, location or range filters, pagination, and the profiles or providers you select. Profile Preview may return a person’s display name, age, BMI, location, journey experience, image, and profile link. Surrogacy Atlas returns published public provider, doctor-name, state, source, and cost-planning facts.

We use this information to provide the searches, comparisons, planning references, and links you request; protect the service; and troubleshoot failures. The connector does not ask for your full chat history, Claude memory, unrelated uploads, passwords, or intake records, and it does not submit an intake or represent that an introduction has been made.

OpenAI or Anthropic processes the conversation and tool response under the policy for the service you chose. Patriot Conceptions processes tool requests through its MCP service and first-party profile and Website data services. We do not use connector data for paid provider placement.

Operational logs keep bounded technical and error information and follow the same server retention as gpt.patriotconceptions.com. The connector does not create a separate Patriot Conceptions chat transcript. You can disconnect the app in ChatGPT or Claude, manage conversations there, and use our data-deletion page for Patriot-held data.

PC Mobile and the Patriot Conceptions portal

PC Mobile supports intended parents, surrogates, egg donors and the people they choose to involve in a journey. The information the app collects depends on your role, the application you complete and the features you use.

Information you provide

• Account and contact information: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, preferred language, and the name, relationship and contact details of an emergency contact or another person you choose to add.
• Application and journey information: the role you are applying for, application answers, household and background details, preferences, availability, matching information, journey status, tasks and appointment details.
• Sensitive reproductive and medical information: health and reproductive history, fertility or pregnancy information, medications, screening or treatment details, and other health information you or an authorized care-team member adds to the service.
• Photos, files and signatures: profile photos, documents, images, attachments, completed forms and electronic signatures you upload or create.
• Messages and support: chat messages, questions, support requests, call or communication details, and information you choose to send to Patriot Conceptions or your care team.
• Financial and planning information: compensation or income information, expenses, reimbursements, ledger entries, calendar events, appointments and availability.

Please do not add another person's information unless you are authorized to provide it. You can choose not to provide optional information, but a feature that relies on it may not work.

Technical and activity information

When you use PC Mobile, we and the providers described below may process a Firebase user identifier, Firebase Cloud Messaging push token, app-installation or device identifier, IP address, device and operating-system details, language and time zone, app version, notification status, sign-in and security events, crash or performance information, and interactions with app screens and features. We use these details to keep you signed in, send notifications you enable, secure and operate the service, troubleshoot problems and understand how the app performs.

How we use PC Mobile information

We use this information to create and authenticate your account; receive and review applications; provide the role-specific app experience; coordinate journey, care-team and support workflows; provide messaging, documents, signatures, calendars, notifications and financial ledgers; respond to questions; protect accounts; prevent misuse; diagnose errors; maintain and improve the service; and meet legal, clinical, safety, accounting and contractual requirements.

Where permitted, we may also use your contact information and your interest in Patriot Conceptions services for our own email, phone, SMS or advertising follow-up. You can use the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email, reply STOP to an eligible marketing text, or contact us to change these communications. We do not give mobile opt-in or consent information to third parties for their own marketing.

App service providers and Facebook Login

• Google and Firebase provide account authentication, cloud databases and storage, app hosting and processing, push-notification delivery, security and diagnostics. They receive the information needed to provide those functions, including account, device, installation, app-activity and diagnostic information.
• Apple provides app distribution and may provide sign-in or notification delivery when you use those options. Apple processes associated account, device and diagnostic information under its own terms.
• Meta provides optional Facebook Login through an SDK embedded in PC Mobile. When Facebook Login or related SDK functions are used, Meta may receive a user identifier, device identifier and product-interaction information. The SDK privacy information identifies advertising, analytics and product personalization as purposes and identifies tracking across apps or websites. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy. You do not need Facebook Login if another offered sign-in method works for your account.

When information is disclosed

We do not sell personal information, provide it to data brokers or give it to unrelated businesses for their own marketing. We disclose information to providers that operate the service for us; to an intended parent, surrogate, egg donor, partner, clinic, professional or other care-team participant when you ask us to connect or share with them; and when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal rights. The amount disclosed depends on the feature and your role.

Protection, retention and deletion

We use authentication, role-based access, encrypted transmission, protected storage, access controls and operational monitoring to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so protect your password and device and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We retain account and journey information while it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, clinical, safety, accounting and contractual purposes. After an account-deletion request, we delete or de-identify information that no longer needs to be kept. Some records may remain for a required legal, clinical, financial, safety, dispute-resolution or contract period, in backups until their normal replacement, or with a care-team recipient to whom you directed a completed disclosure. We will explain applicable retention when we respond to a verified request.

In PC Mobile, open the Profile or Settings area, choose Privacy & security, then choose Request account deletion. This opens our secure account-deletion request form. You can also follow the PC Mobile Data Deletion instructions or email info@patriotconceptions.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. PC Mobile does not provide a separate in-app control for deleting only one category of account data while keeping the account; contact us if you want to correct information or discuss the scope of a deletion request.

MHB Journey

MHB Journey is an event companion for Men Having Babies conferences, built, operated and distributed by Patriot Conceptions. Men Having Babies supplies and authorizes the event programme, Surrogacy Advisor directory, registration programme and event communications. Patriot Conceptions operates the app and its Cloudflare-hosted event service. Information is not transferred between the two organizations merely because you install or browse the app. A transfer occurs only at a described event boundary, such as registration verification, a consultation request or another action you choose.

Guest sessions and registration

• You can use the app as a guest. The service issues a random device session token and stores only a protected hash of that token, the event identifier, timestamps and a registration status. A name or email address is not required for guest use.
• If you enter an MHB registration code, the raw code is sent for verification and is not retained in the app database or application logs. The service retains an opaque registration reference and status, such as pending, confirmed, failed or revoked. Men Having Babies may supply a protected code list or perform the verification through an event service.

Actions you choose

• Consultation requests contain the provider, requested time, event day, delivery status and an opaque session identifier. They may be delivered to the MHB consultation desk or the selected provider only when that service is connected.
• Badge exchange sends only the contact fields you select, together with a consent version and receipt. It does not automatically attach registration credentials, saved providers, research responses or Your Pile.
• A Patriot Conceptions follow-up request sends only the contact details and purpose shown on the confirmation screen. Your Pile, Pulse answers, registration code and provider history are not attached automatically.
• If you enable remote event alerts, the service stores a protected push token, platform and event identifier until you turn alerts off, delete event data or the token expires.
• Pulse is disabled for the initial release. If a future event enables it, its collection screen will explain the instrument and withdrawal terms before submission. Pulse responses use a separate withdrawal capability and are deliberately stored without the attendee session, registration reference, name, email or push token.

Information that stays on your device

Your Pile photos, voice notes, recognized text, labels and private notes are stored in the app's private device storage. They are not uploaded to the MHB Journey service and are never attached to registration, consultations, Pulse or a Patriot Conceptions follow-up request. If you choose Export, the app prepares the exact selected files with a Patriot Conceptions watermark and opens your device's share sheet. The destination you choose then controls its copy, and MHB Journey cannot recall that outside copy.

Service providers and diagnostics

Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2 and Queues process the app's API requests, protected event records and signed public event snapshots for Patriot Conceptions. Apple and Google process app distribution and, when enabled, notification delivery under their own terms. On Android, Google ML Kit performs image text recognition on-device; Google may receive limited diagnostics such as app and device information, a per-install identifier, performance data, feature and error events, and input/output sizes. The image and recognized text are not sent to Google by that feature.

Retention, withdrawal and deletion

Guest event sessions normally expire after 30 days. Duplicate-request safety records are retained for up to 7 days. Contact details used for a Patriot Conceptions follow-up are encrypted while pending and are removed from the delivery record after the short delivery window, normally no more than 7 days; a limited status receipt may remain until you delete event data or a legal retention duty applies. Push tokens remain only while active. Public event snapshots contain no attendee records and may be retained as an event publication history.

You can cancel pending consultations, revoke an active badge exchange, withdraw a pending follow-up, turn off alerts and delete the app's server-held event session from Privacy & support inside MHB Journey. A completed handoff or consultation may also require the receiving organization to process a withdrawal; the app will distinguish a pending downstream request from completed deletion. You may also use our Data Deletion instructions. Never send a registration code in a deletion email.

Collection of your Personal Information

In addition to the app information described above, Patriot Conceptions, LLC may collect information you submit through our website, forms, portal, phone, email, chat, events and other service channels, such as your:

• First and Last Name
• Mailing Address
• E-mail Address
• Phone Number
• Application, service-interest and communication details
• Payment or transaction details needed to complete a purchase or service

We may also collect demographic information, such as your:

• Age
• Gender

Most service and application information is provided by you or by a person you authorize. Technical information is collected automatically as described in this policy. Certain details may be required to create an account, submit an application, communicate with us, complete a transaction or use a particular feature.

Use of your Personal Information

Patriot Conceptions, LLC collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

Patriot Conceptions, LLC may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Patriot Conceptions, LLC and its affiliates.

Deletion of your Personal Information

Patriot Conceptions, LLC respects your privacy and allows you to request deletion at any time. Available controls depend on the service: PC Mobile opens a secure account-deletion form from Profile or Settings → Privacy & security → Request account deletion; MHB Journey provides an in-app event-data deletion action; portal users can request removal of their account and associated data; and connected Facebook Login access can be removed through Facebook's Apps and Websites settings.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Patriot Conceptions, LLC does not sell, rent or lease customer information to data brokers or unrelated businesses. We may use providers to operate technology, analyze performance, deliver communications, provide customer support, process transactions or provide other services on our behalf. The PC Mobile providers and Meta SDK practices are described specifically above.

We may disclose information to a care-team participant or professional when you direct us to connect or share with that recipient. We do not otherwise disclose personal information to non-service-provider third parties for their own purposes, except as required or permitted by law and described below.

Patriot Conceptions, LLC may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Patriot Conceptions, LLC or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Patriot Conceptions, LLC; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Patriot Conceptions, LLC, or the public.

Security of your Personal Information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information and the service involved. These include authenticated access, role-based permissions, encrypted network connections, protected cloud storage, access restrictions and monitoring. No safeguard removes every risk, so you should also protect your account credentials and devices.

Tracking User Behavior

Patriot Conceptions, LLC may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Patriot Conceptions, LLC, in order to determine what Patriot Conceptions, LLC services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Patriot Conceptions, LLC to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Patriot Conceptions, LLC. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Patriot Conceptions, LLC website.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Snapchat Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. When active, these tools may set cookies or receive limited technical information, such as the pages you visit and a browser identifier.

Advertising and analytics storage is off by default. A consent banner appears on your first visit and lets you accept or decline these tools: the Meta and Snapchat pixels load only after you accept, and Google's tags run in a consent-aware mode that does not use advertising or analytics cookies unless you accept. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (pc_consent) for up to one year.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Privacy choices" link in the footer of every page, which reopens the consent banner.

Children Under Thirteen

Patriot Conceptions, LLC does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, Patriot Conceptions, LLC may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Patriot Conceptions, LLC or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Patriot Conceptions, LLC, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

SMS Messaging

At Patriot Conceptions, LLC we respect your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. This information will be gathered through our Contact US form, instructions in how to opt-in and out for SMS consent is given through Keywords. To opt-in, START, YES. Opt-out, STOP or CANCEL.

Data Usage: We use your data solely for provide customer care, scheduling reminders, and important service updates.

Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

Message and Data Rates may apply: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring and message frequency varies based on communication needs.

Non-Sharing Clauses: • Patriot Conceptions does not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. • Patriot Conceptions does not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers or mobile opt-in information with anyone.

Changes to this Statement

Patriot Conceptions, LLC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
