We felt there was very little personalized care or attention given to our…We completed two rounds of IVF through this clinic and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. We felt there was very little personalized care or attention given to our specific medical needs throughout the process. Communication was often lacking, and our concerns did not seem to be taken seriously. We were never presented with different treatment protocols or alternative approaches to consider, and it felt like there was a one-size-fits-all approach rather than a treatment plan tailored to our situation. We also experienced issues with the front desk staff. On multiple occasions, interactions felt dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, when we expressed confusion about what our Progeny insurance benefits would cover, we felt that an employee was mocking our questions rather than helping us understand our financial responsibilities. Another major concern was the delay in receiving genetic testing results. My results took nearly three months to come back, which caused additional stress and delays during an already difficult fertility journey. In addition, despite having Progeny coverage, we were repeatedly asked to pay out-of-pocket fees, which created confusion and frustration regarding the costs of treatment. Overall, we left feeling unsupported, unheard, and without the personalized care we expected during such an important and emotional process. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others seeking fertility care.
