Resolving this required extensive follow-up over an extended period, and the process was far more time-consuming and difficult than it should have been. Despite multiple written requests, clear resolution and accountability were not provided in a timely manner, and communication often lacked clarity or concrete timelines. The amount of time and effort required to address what should have been a straightforward billing correction was significant. I am still working through the resolution process and escalation outside of the clinic. For a healthcare provider managing sensitive financial transactions, I found the administrative handling to be unreliable and poorly managed. I would strongly recommend that others carefully document all charges and communications and remain vigilant throughout the billing process.
