I was pregnant normally without any sign of miscarriage, but the doctor give presubscription for high dorse progesterone for 20 weeks, without any testing of pregesterone level. I had normal blood sugar level, but the doctor give presubscription of high dorse metformin. Ironically, he refused my request to test A1c. And the doctor emphasize I had a high risk of misscage without any sign or evidence, which imposed huge pressure on me. Besides, the doctor ordered many genetic tests that the insurance not covered, though the front desk told me that everything would be covered by insurance. Until now after 1+ year of the testing, I'm still working on the huge bills (15K$) for those tests. Thanks that I switched to other clinics and skipped other tests ordered by dr. R, otherwise I would end up with a even larger bill. I talked to multiple other patients, and found that it is pretty common for this clinic to over medication and over testing especially for the expensive ones, while misses the cheap ones. Also, if you decided to work with this clinic, be ready to spend more than half a day each visit. I have experience like appt is at 6:30am while met the doctor at 12pm; appt at 3pm and met the doctor at 9pm. And they didn't tell you when you can see the doctor but just kept you waiting there.T

Received a Bill stating the visit was $578 with a discount of $208.57 "Contract-actual Agreement" and my insurance had covered none of the services. So stuck with a close to $400 bill with no results. All in all, poor business practices and false feeling of reassurance was given. Would not recommend - especially if someone is struggling and see's this course of action, gives less and less trust with the people that is suppose to help.B

Per his instructions, I am to get “depression” medicine and get PTNS treatment with his clinic assistant Kristen to remedy my bladder issue. And this is where the problem began… Kristen is highly unprofessional in the matter that she never puts her patients at ease. PTNS is a treatment utilize a single acupuncture needle into your ankle-ish area & apply electric current to it. So having a needle into your foot is already painful (should only be sore if she knows what she’s doing), yet she would pressured you to go 1-2 level higher on the electric current that what you’re comfortable with, and mentioned her elder patient could go as high as 19. She is also very inconsistent with her patients informing them due to room availability with the doctors, we should arrive at a later time and when we do, she’d get mad at us for arriving late despite her previous instructions. She’d always make us wait for 40+ minutes even though all the rooms are empty, which I discovered when I walk by on my way to the restroom while waiting on her. Last but not least it’s their billing system at Freyja Clinic, they’d overcharge you for extended doctor visit because Kristen made me wait 40+ minutes just to see the doctor, then their billing lady would say their code has nothing to do with wait time despite our insurance companies confirmed they select a billing code based on wait time. I’ve canceled my follow up appointment with Freyja Clinic, should’ve checked Yelp first, and I’m NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CLINIC.S

All the doctors I’ve encountered are wonderful and do their best to look at you as a whole person and not just within the specific scope of your visit. They take the time that is necessary to treat you rather than rush you through to get to the next patient. Yes this means that you could be waiting sometimes. To me, this is much preferable than to be rushed as “just another number” like many doctors tend to do. If the doctor is behind, I know it is because he genuinely cares for his patients and will spend the same amount of time with me as he did the others that causes him to run behind. The office explains for you to call ahead so you can know if he is running behind that day. I understand how some people may not like this, but it is explained when you book the visit. I’m very happy with this clinic and how much kindness and compassion they spend with their patients and for the high quality of care they render.L

Often calls ring and go straight to voicemail with a policy of 48-72 hours of return call. If you're looking for an appt then they tell you there's none available with your requests because they wait 2-3 days before returning your message. They don't ever identify themselves when they pick up the phone and everyone tells you different information. When I ask who am I speaking with, the staff would say anyone in the clinic can help you. Then when the staff asked where I heard the info from, I was unable to provide names. It's been frustrating to say the least with the admin staff. I wish I can recommend this place but I truly cannot. If it wasn't my care has been established here for a few years, I would have gone somewhere else. The admin service definitely has gotten worse over the years.S

I understand this can happen however it would have been most helpful to be told this when I arrived so I could make the decision on whether I was willing to wait 2 hours or to re-schedule. I drove 1.5 hours from home to visit this clinic because I thought it would provide higher quality care. I was very dissapointed with this experience, especially during my first pregnancy.A

Don't they have someone on call for these? 2. They should have informed me when I checked in and given me the opportunity to reschedule. The parking lot is tiny and full so your option is valet (if you get there before 12) or street parking. It seemed that other patients had a good rapport with the staff, however I did not experience anything positive in my COLOSSAL waste of 95 minutes, here. I started the cycle, and she added estrogen because my lining was thin, and we did ultrasounds every few days to monitor. The follicle was growing very slow so she doubled the dosage of femara, and suggested a trigger shot when the follicle gets to 20mm, unfortunately it dropped before it got to 20mm. She also noticed some scar tissue in my uterus, and suggested having it removed if this cycle didn't result in a pregnancy, as it could prevent implementation. After confirmation via Sonohysterography, my regularOBGYN did the hysteroscopy to remove the scar tissue and polyps, so that is was covered under insurance.I
