He takes the time to listen, believes what you are feeling, and treats you with genuine care and respect. For years, I was told my symptoms were just PCOS and normal period problems. I spent over 12 years living with severe pain, believing it was simply something every woman had to endure. When I met Dr. Nezhat, the first thing he told me was, “It’s not in your head. You are in pain.” Those words meant everything to me because, for the first time, I felt heard. After a thorough evaluation, he diagnosed me with Stage IV endometriosis.
