Dr kept calling me from a phone number that went directly to voicemail, had no warning no nothing. Called the office back multiple times and somehow they are unable to transfer you to a doctor, which doesn’t make sense to me. Specially for initial consultation, was offered another appointment 3 weeks from now, no thank you! Extremely disappointed at the lack of options and care specially for initial consultations, there’s no zoom, no phone to call to be transferred… no nothing. This facility seems trapped in the 1800s. I would not be going here for anything, again very disappointed at the lack of options and care for a patient.
