After being given a diagnosis with only about a 20–25% chance of conceiving and carrying a healthy child, we knew we needed help and this team changed everything for us. I had the opportunity to work with both Dr. Asemota (IVF) and Dr. Garvin, and I cannot speak highly enough of their care. I went through two IVF cycles while we were stationed in Georgia, and my coordinator Mariana was incredibly attentive, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. We were able to transfer one of our embryos before being relocated by the Army, but sadly experienced a loss just days before our move. Even after we left the state and could no longer be seen in person, Dr. Asemota continued to check on me, made sure I was receiving proper care, and remained available for any questions during that difficult time. I will never forget when she told me, “This is not your story—it’s part of it, but it’s not the end.” We held onto those words. Through every tough decision and conversation, we felt cared for like family. It truly felt like the entire team at Hope was rooting for us and prioritizing both our health and our success. We moved forward with another embryo transfer, traveling from both Washington and Texas—which, for anyone in a similar situation, is completely doable. Neicey made that process smooth and stress free. Our second transfer was successful, and we are now expecting our baby in November 2026. Dr. A was working at another fertility clinic and I went to her for oocyte preservation (egg freezing). At that time I had no prospective partner and as a non-profit professional funds were limited, but Dr. A worked with me and we managed to get two viable eggs during my freezing cycle. Unfortunately I could not afford an additional egg freezing cycle and I was hopeful (and prayerful) that everything would work out. Fast forward to summer of 2024. I have a wonderful fiancé and we are well into our 40s. I reached out to Dr. A again for fertility assistance, after trying to conceive naturally failed. We thawed my two frozen eggs and Dr. A and her team created two embryos. One passed PGT testing. In April of 2025 after many tests and evaluations Dr. A completed my embryo transfer. In January of 2026 my son was born, completely healthy. My son would not be here without oocyte preservation. If you know you want to have biological children, please freeze your eggs. The earlier (younger) the better. I cannot say it’s an easy process, but neither is being a parent so it’s great practice. Dr. A never gave up on me and appreciate her for that. She also kept it real with me so I understood the risks and the odds. My first appointment at the Lawrenceville office was highly disorganized. I arrived 10–15 minutes early, but the office was locked, and the staff was late to start. Following the…My first appointment at the Lawrenceville office was highly disorganized. I arrived 10–15 minutes early, but the office was locked, and the staff was late to start. Following the initial ultrasound and discussion of next steps, I was instructed to wait for my period to begin and to complete time sensitive steps. When the prescribed medication failed to initiate my cycle after 3 months, I reached out via their patient portal. My message went unanswered for several days. When my cycle (Day 1) finally began, I was forced to call the office to schedule the required next steps which I received no guidance or assistance regarding the necessary Day 3 blood tests or next steps. As this occurred on a Friday, the clinic offered no help, resulting in me having to pay extreme out-of-pocket costs to have the tests performed at a hospital. The following Monday, after speaking with the office manager and a newly assigned care coordinator about these significant care failures, I was informed that I must pay the entire balance in full before any further treatment steps could proceed. The option of a payment plan was dismissed, and I was told my treatment would be pushed back months. This clinic effectively halted my treatment plan without offering viable solutions, wasting three irreplaceable months of my fertility window. The lack of proactive patient care, communication failures, and sudden financial obstruction shattered my hopes right before the holidays. I strongly advise against using this facility and am now forced to restart my fertility journey elsewhere. --A resolution is impossible - I already tried to work on it with you and was denied.I had such a wonderful experience at Hope Fertility during my IUI journey. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. A and her team for supporting me through my first round of IVF, which has been nothing but successful so far as I have “graduated” to a regular…I would like to sincerely thank Dr. A and her team for supporting me through my first round of IVF, which has been nothing but successful so far as I have “graduated” to a regular OBGYN and am now 12 weeks pregnant after my very first transfer. I am extremely lucky to have had a mostly uncomplicated, straight-forward IVF experience. The few complications I did experience, including a scary but ultimately harmless bleed when I was around 6 weeks, were managed quickly, calmly, and compassionately. I would also like to specifically thank Frangelis for the really cute ultrasound pics and for always remembering to offer me “wipies”, and I would like to thank the phlebotomy techs for being great sticks. If I could offer some constructive feedback, I would say that some of the communication as far as dealing practical details, such as determining insurance coverage, was less than smooth. While using the portal as the main source of communication was often convenient, more complicated conversations with multiple back and forth responses were difficult to have in a timely manner and sometimes the written responses were unclear or answered incompletely, dragging the process out even further. For anybody considering IVF, please note that it is a complicated and kind of sucky process by nature. I fully believe that Hope did everything they possibly could to help my partner and I make it through this in one piece, and I am nothing but grateful. Just know that this journey will be long (we first contacted Hope in September 2023), expensive (sometimes even with insurance), exhausting (months of meds means months of side effects) and stressful (most of this process is completely out of your control). Hope helps you make the best of your individual situation, and while I’m not out of the woods yet, I’m slowly starting to feel more excited than worried for this baby. Everybody I encountered during this process was patient and polite, even when we were working through problems, and I fully trusted the medical staff and always felt safe in their care. If we ever decide to try for another pregnancy, I would come right back to Hope, and I recommend Hope Fertility for anybody struggling with infertility.
