I previously had a terrible experience at another clinic, and honestly, I had started to believe that having biological children could be too late for me. Just from my initial appointment with Dr. Wood, I learned more than I ever had at my previous clinic. Dr. Wood is extremely knowledgeable and truly exceptional at what he does. Dr. Adams and her lab team are also top-notch. Thanks to the care and expertise at Gen5, I had excellent results — 4 high-quality euploid embryos from just 2 cycles at age 37. My very first transfer was successful, and I am now 31 weeks pregnant with a smooth and healthy pregnancy so far. I was also incredibly impressed by the professionalism and communication from the entire team, from reception to the IVF and FET coordinators. Vanessa and Viviane were wonderful throughout my IVF cycles — communication was always clear, and they responded to my messages promptly every time. Carolyne, my FET coordinator, is an absolute rock star. She always showed compassion and patience, especially when calming my nerves and answering all my questions. Dr. Wood and his team changed both my husband’s and my life forever, and we are eternally grateful. If we decide to have more children in the future, we will absolutely return to Gen5, even if we no longer live in California. I can’t recommend Gen5 enough — they truly are the best of the best.
