I became a 1st time mom at 52 in November 2025. My husband and I started our IVF journey with Dr Qasim and his team in 2019. They are very welcoming and friendly from the front desk to the nurses and Doctors. Dr Qasim took our case very seriously, encouraged us not to give up on our desires to be parents as I already have so many complications due to previous fibroid surgeries. I got pregnant twice in my 1st 2 rounds of embryo transfer but miscarried both at the earlier stages. Dr Qasim encouraged me to go for another surgery to remove some of the multiple fibroids and try a 3rd embryo transfer which I did. I got pregnant again and was specially cared for by high risk Doctors at the hospital. At 33 weeks in November our very healthy miracle, adorable 💕 lovely son arrived weighing 5.9lb. Meanwhile, sometime in between when I was 48, I went to another IVF clinic for a 2nd opinion. They told me that with my age and multiple fibroids surgeries, it will be impossible for my uterus to carry a baby. They were so cold and lack empathy while talking to me. I was so sad, hopeless and cried all through the day. Then I called Nisreen the following day and told her everything. She was very attentive, spoke to me like a sister and I felt better. She asked me to come back and see Dr Qasim which I did and very happy about. CENTER FOR ADVANCED REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE is like a 2nd home to us, a safe place to run to. Each time I step into the reception area, I look at the word 'believe' written boldly on the wall and I say to myself 'Yes I do' with faith. Thanks to wonderful Dr Qasim, Nisreen, my wonderful personal nurse Vicktoria, Shamara, Erica, Vikky, the wonderful embryologist and everyone there for my successful IVF journey. I will highly recommend Dr Qasim and his team always. Our lovely 😍 son is 7 months now and gives us so much joy and laughter. After consulting Dr. Sachdev, he thoroughly evaluated my condition and recommended all the necessary tests. Based on our reports, he guided us toward the right treatment without any delay or unnecessary procedures. We proceeded with the IVF protocol, and everything went very smoothly—from medications to the retrieval process. A good number of eggs were retrieved, and we were fortunate to get high-quality embryos. I’m especially grateful that I got pregnant on the very first transfer. I truly appreciate the care, expertise, and support provided by the entire team. Highly recommend!

Honestly, Even one star feels generous for this experience. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing due to poor communication, last-minute changes, and a lack of clear planning during an already emotionally and medically demanding IVF process. There were unexpected fees for monitoring (bloodwork and ultrasound) that were presented in a way that was not clearly explained upfront in relation to what was already included in the treatment package. Additionally, there is a significant cancellation fee applied even when a cycle is discontinued due to scheduling or clinic-related issues, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Scheduling and continuity of care were also difficult. Ultrasound availability was limited to specific hours due to staffing structure, which led to frequent logistical challenges during treatment. IVF is a highly time-sensitive and stressful process, and patients deserve clearer communication, consistency, and better coordination of care. I would strongly caution others considering this clinic for IVF or time-sensitive fertility care. In my case, coordination and communication around an active treatment cycle were not handled in a way that reflected the urgency or emotional weight of IVF care. Plans changed after treatment had already begun, and I was not offered workable alternatives or clear physician-level communication when it mattered most. Patients should be aware that scheduling, staffing, and continuity of care may not be as reliable as expected during critical points in treatment. IVF requires a high level of trust, clarity, and responsiveness. I would recommend carefully considering other options where communication and continuity are more consistently prioritized. The technology is outdated—no online portal, no access to your test results. Communication is limited to rushed phone calls from a nurse with no written follow-up, which is risky when dealing with complex meds. When I asked for emailed instructions to confirm I understood everything, I was met with attitude. There was also a language barrier with my assigned nurse, and even after asking several times through the office staff to be switched, nothing changed. Dr. Sachdev focused only on statistics and didn’t treat me like a person. Every time he spoke to me, he acted like a robot—forgetting who I was and asking the same questions over and over. After my failed cycle, I asked what we’d do differently—he said “nothing.” That was a red flag, and I knew I had to leave. Thankfully, I trusted my gut and went to a different clinic. Dr. Qasim went over all of our options in great detail. As per his recommendation, we decided to pursue IVF. From the first meeting, his staff and colleagues told us everything we could expect from timelines and treatments all the way down to medications. Our IVF coordinator Victoria was incredible and helpful not only she there are other two nurses who are also very nice and cool.She was able to answer all of our questions usually within hours and follow up and stay current through out our journey. As I was checking out, the front desk was talking to me about my next appointment. Some other worker walks by and chimed into my CONFIDENCIAL conversation. The lady working with me at the front desk handled it well, but I still have an issue with it. so i guess, if you have anything important that you don’t want anyone to hear, make sure no one is around.
