From our very first consultation with Dr. Moghadam, we felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Moghadan is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the IVF process. He was transparent about what to expect, answered our questions honestly, and made sure we understood both the challenges and the possibilities. That gave us confidence from the very beginning. He made us feel hopeful while also being realistic. One thing that really stood out was how organized the entire office is. I never once felt lost in the process. I always knew what the next step was, when it would happen, and exactly what I needed to do. IVF involves a lot of medications, injections, and timing, which can feel overwhelming. However, thanks to the medication “flow sheet” they provided, I never had to guess, call to ask, or worry that I was doing something incorrectly. It gave me so much confidence and made an intimidating process feel manageable. The nurses and front desk staff were exceptional. Every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Even on the rare occasions I had a question, someone almost always answered the phone immediately. If I had to leave a voicemail, I would receive a call back within the hour. Their communication was outstanding. What meant the most was that I never felt like just another patient. I always felt seen, cared for, and supported. IVF is such a vulnerable journey filled with so many emotions, and having a team that truly cares makes all the difference. I loved this office and everyone in it so much that I wished they could continue caring for me throughout my entire pregnancy. That says everything about how much trust and appreciation I have for this team. Thank you, Dr. Moghadam and the entire staff, for making one of the most emotional journeys of our lives feel organized, supported, and hopeful.
