We’ve been struggling with infertility and were excited to see what Dr. Glock and his team could do to help us. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn’t good at all. While we were sitting in the waiting room, we overheard what seemed to be the old blonde lady who appeared to be the manager speaking very loudly about a patient who had just walked out. She was saying really negative things and even mentioned personal details that should never be discussed so openly. We weren’t even trying to listen, but she was talking so loud that everyone in the patient area could hear. It was uncomfortable and honestly disappointing to witness that kind of behavior in a medical setting where patients come in feeling vulnerable. The only positive part of our visit was meeting Dr. Glock himself. He was kind, professional, and made us feel heard. I really hope the office addresses this because it leaves a terrible first impression.

What has been most upsetting is not just the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward. We left numerous messages with office staff and received few — if any — callbacks despite promises that someone would follow up. Christine (office manager) initially acknowledged the error, but later lied to prevent taking responsibility for their mistake. Patients place a great deal of trust in their healthcare providers, and it is unacceptable when that trust is broken. Regardless of paying thousands of dollars directly to this office for IVF treatment, we expected honesty, professionalism, and responsibility — none of which we experienced. No patient should have to be responsible for unnecessary costs or stress because of a preventable error and a refusal for Dr. Glock to correct it. Sharing this to warn others: triple-check everything the office tells you, demand written confirmation for billing and instructions. A mistake on their part will most definitely cost you extra!Dr. Glock, Nicole, and the rest of the team is truly an answered prayer. From our consultation to our "graduation," we felt welcomed, considered, cared for, and well-informed. Dr. Glock is straight-forward yet kind, which is exactly what I needed in my fertility doctor. They were patient and understanding as we dealt with confusing insurance information. Every time I called with a question, the team answered quickly and got back to us in a timely manner. They cheered for us, lifted us up and empathized with us - especially during the harder visits, and certainly when we got the news we'd been praying for! We are newly pregnant and simply overjoyed. I am really curious how there are so many 5 star ratings because my husband and I had a horrible experience with this clinic. Some of the staff were extremely robotic and had zero empathy when my pregnancy turned into a miscarriage. Dr. Glock showed very little personality and continuously gave us blank stares as well as generic answers whenever we asked questions - He and Nicole almost seemed surprised or annoyed whenever we did ask questions. Maybe when I have enough energy I’ll tell our whole experience, but almost a year later and I’m still trying to recover mentally from the experience. We are going to another clinic now and we learned more in one hour about our circumstances than we did the entire time we were at Dr. Glock’s office (took approximately 6 months). Needless to say we are having a way better experience with the new clinic and we are 99% sure it will be more successful this time! Again, I will write more about this maybe when I have the time and once the hurt has healed a bit more. Infertility is extremely difficult and isolating, the last thing hopeful parents want is to feel like they are just another number with dollar signs. Note: I have saved my review and have pictures of it and will monitor this review to make sure it has not been removed. I am aware there are successful stories from the clinic, and this review is based solely on our personal experience.Wonderful, friendly staff! The whole office takes very good care of you. From my first initial phone call with Dr. Glock's Nurse Nicole I had a great feeling about SW Florida Fertility Center. Each and every visit I had the chance to see Dr. Glock and they always made me feel like family. The entire staff Lori, Sandra, Juanita, Nicole and Dr. Glock are an amazing team who go above and beyond. I recommend anyone looking into fertility treatment to meet with them you will be very happy that you did. After you provide the sample at home you have up to an hour to drop it off. They don’t collect it at the office. The cost was $160 and they don’t accept insurance. Honestly if it wasn’t the cheapest I would have gone elsewhere. We tried one round of clomid, without any egg response. Tried our first round of femera, and attempted an IUI, but no egg release. Ended up getting a cyst and had to take one cycle off. In January, we did our second cycle of femera, with egg response from my left side, so it was no good and a waiting game for the next cycle.
