He had to get some rest and thats when i had the surgery another dr did it, i was in so much pain after that for months, next time around since it was already schedule dr Jones did my c section and i lilteraly was walking withing hours with no pain, i went home the next day bc of how well i was doing i was at the hospital maybe around 30 hours start to finish, when i got pregnant with my 3rd i followed him to Mckinney(hour away) i ended up having a mc but he made took care of me well and reasured me it wasnt my fault, i just cant express enough how thankful i am for himM

When I called to scheduled an appointment to see the doctor I made it clear that my ultimate goal was to have a tubal. fast forward to my appointment. I was due for an annual appointment at which time we spoke about a lack of menses because of the question about my menstrual cycle the office was able to categorize my appointment as a consultation instead of an annual costing me a co-pay (this isn't the biggest deal as the receptionist mentioned it to me when I made the appointment, however I still think it is wrong) at my appointment I spoke with the clinical student making notes on my chart and made sure to mention my ultimate goal of a tubal- still no word. Dr. Jones did my annual exam and that went just fine, blood was taken for tests and that was it. as I was leaving I had to ask the clinical student about a consultation regarding a tubal and only then was in informed that he wouldn't even council me due to his religious affiliations. So now I have paid a co- pay for an annual visit which should have been free, I have to still find a new doctor and will have to pay another copay for an actual consultation. I left the office angry and frustrated and planning to contact my insurgence company, as they recommended this doctor to me for this specific procedure.A
I loved coming here for my appointments, I’m in and out in about an hour. Dr Jones and his staff are also very professional, I definitely recommend !!!

Dr. Jones came in to check the scan. He DIDN'T introduce himself to me, sat down, took literally two seconds to look at the image, looks at me and says "I think you'll need a D&C. The sac may stay attached if not." I said absolutely not. I don't have insurance and I know there's another option to try first. He said, "We could try the pill first but with how long this is taking my concern is the sac is attached to your uterus and won't come out." I told him, "That's fine but let's try this first...I don't have insurance." I asked if there was any harm to trying the pill first...and he said no. So I told him again, absolutely...pill first. He then must have completely forgotten the TWO times I told him I don't have insurance and continues to say, "Well you can try to negotiate the price with the hospital..." and he starts explaining the procedure to me and I told him again...no...I don't have insurance. He didn't address anything else with me. He only told me how to take the pills. To add annoyance, I ended up paying $187 to have a TECH do my scan, talk with the doctor for a literal 1 minute, and basically be ignored and given terrible medical advice. (The desk ran my card for $150, then says OOPS, cancel...$115...then OOPS...$187, this is 2 different codes. 🙄) Yes, the D&C would have worked. But it is expensive and more invasive. It comes with its own risks. So why did this doctor immediately resort to a D&C when I clearly stated it was not an option for me?! The pill cost me $10 and he admitted it was not harmful to try first. update after the office visit Dr. Jones told me I must have a D&C. I refused. I felt something was off when I researched forums and ladies shared their doctors advice for them to take it much differently than this man did. He had me take 2 tabs every 4 hours, 4 times. Most others, they were advised to take 4 tabs at once, then follow up with others hours after etc. I felt right away I was set to fail with this method. And I did. I took it as instructed and nothing happened. I finally started bleeding 2 days later but nothing like I was told I would. I was worried I didn't pass what he so confidently told me was implanted in my uterus so I called around for quotes for a D&C to try to find a more affordable option begrudgingly accepting it as my fate. He quoted me $750 for himself, the medical facility quoted me an additional $2950-$5170 depending on how long I needed care, each day an extra $1000. These costs did NOT include the costs for anesthesia. I was told I would not be able to get a quote for that. So when all was said and done, I was looking at anywhere from $4-7k dollars for this "simple" and "needed" procedure. I got another opinion 2 weeks later. This doctor assured me and laughed when doing my scan, "You absolutely do NOT need a D&C. Who told you that?" She was surprised and said my body was doing exactly what it needed to do, just slowly. She asked how Dr. Jones prescribed the meds. She said, "Let me guess, he's an older man." YES. He is. She said his methods were out dated and explained a lot in why he said I must have the D&C. He was basically choosing the doctor-first route, not patient-first. Which was my guess. She sent me home and 2 weeks later I got my cycle, re-checked...ALL is well. Bloodwork, scans, everything. NO D&C NEEDED. D&C's are many times medically necessary. The doctor basically forced it on me, when my body did NOT need it and only because I refused, did I save myself THOUSANDS of dollars and allow my body to work as it naturally needed to. A D&C comes with its own risks. DR. JONES..DID NOT tell me this. Save yourself and find a responsible doctor who puts the PATIENT first. Not himself. One who is up to date with current medical practices. ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!T

I had preeclampsia and he monitored me and the baby like a hawk! Was always fun and caring and informative. Unfortunately baby boy decided to come when he was on a much needed vacation with his son. He still called and checked on me at the hospital . I believe some people are sent by God to remind us that He is still God! Great staff too!B

I was unprepared for an emergency c section but Dr. Jones made everything so much better. I have never ever met a doctor with such a polite demeanor. To be quite honest I was so upset that I had to have a c-section I cussed all the way to the operating room and throughout the procedure. I truly think it was due to being more freaked out and scared but nothing I said phased Dr. Jones. Of course I offered him a heartfelt apology and he brushed it off, lol. After my daughter was born I had an infection in one of my breasts and he addressed it right away even though he was not my regular Ob/Gyn. If I were to ever get pregnant again I will definitely make him my new Ob/Gyn. He is simply amazing. I do not like certain aspects of billing though. I got a bill 9 months after delivery and that threw me off big time. Regardless, great great doctor and warm/welcoming facility.M

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Jones.
We started seeing Dr. Jones early in 2017 to check our health when I was struggling to get pregnant following a miscarriage at 12 weeks. He was very kind right from the start and…We started seeing Dr. Jones early in 2017 to check our health when I was struggling to get pregnant following a miscarriage at 12 weeks. He was very kind right from the start and didn't make me feel bad or like something was wrong with me. He began educating me on the Creighton Method of Charting while also checking to see if there was anything going on with my health that was preventing pregnancy. Before we made any decisions on how to help my low hormones, I ended up getting pregnant June of 2017. And then we found out it was twins! He is really experienced in multiples so he knew what to look for and how to care for me the entire pregnancy. One of the first things he did that I believe played a huge role in the health of my twins was he measured my progesterone level (which can play a role in miscarriage) right after confirming my pregnancy and discovered I was at the threshold of too low so he started me on progesterone immediately. Throughout the pregnancy the office staff worked with my medical sharing to make sure they were paying out. Dr. Jones did an incredible job with me as I had blood pressure issues, swelling and even got Bells-palsy due to my swelling and blood pressure spikes. He monitored me throughout to make sure I safely carried the twins as long as possible which was 37 weeks. The twins were born in January! The nurse on staff was very responsive any time I had questions during the pregnancy. Around my 4 month check up postpartum a couple of months ago I noticed a change in office staff. They seemed to be addressing organizational issues and working on following up on things like checking to make sure I had received a PAP in the last year and general administrative things. The office seemed more peaceful and less chaotic following the staff change. I had a really good experience with Dr. Jones and have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so!N

HORRIBLE! I was sent here for a time-sensitive surgery from another doc and every experience with them has been awful. During my first two appointments I received completely…HORRIBLE! During my first two appointments I received completely opposing information from the doc and he had to be reminded that he already had imagery. There were two times when the receptionist thought I was set up for surgery and I wasn't. I have a severe allergy to pain meds and had to remind the doc of that TWICE and he still never entered it into his records. I went in for 3 different consultations and I still didn't have my surgery truly scheduled. The referring doc wanted the polyp removed within 4 wks and after 6 wks, Dr. Jones asked me to come in for my THIRD round of blood work. After cancelling with this doc to go elsewhere I was told that I was never on the calendar anyway. Weeks later, I received a call stating that I needed to come in immediately for my preop as my surgery had been scheduled for that Friday!!! It is terrifying that this doctor actually has patients. Do not go to him!L

My husband and I decided to go with Dr. jones because of how well he took care of me during/after my ectopic pregnancy. His office didn’t take my insurance but we decided to stay with him and pay out of pocket. Seriously, biggest mistake. Dr. jones was good, but his staff is not worth it. Every time I ever called for ANYTHING, not only did they make me feel like a burden but they never responded to me. I was not a priority and I PAID THEM OUT OF POCKET. He had a staff change in the middle of my pregnancy and it was a disaster. I didn’t owe them anything and somehow the bill came out to be 1600$. I came in, talked to front office and she told ME to contact the doctors wife via email (HOW UNPROFESSIONAL) to fix it. I had some overcoming because of a c section and didn’t have time to contact her. She ended up calling me and we settled it there that I didn’t owe anything. I jus got a letter in the mail stating I owe almost 500$ to them. (7months later). GOD HELP ME OF THEY SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS. ALSO, they never did a standard pap on me. They then said I needed one after I had my son, and we’re going to charge me 150. I explained to them I never received one and they apologized and would schedule this one and take care of it. NEVER SCHEDULED IT. Not is this only some of the few problems we had with them, but they never informed me (after me specifically asking them) of when I would have to pay for certain office visits out side of our monthly payment. So we’re were financially surprised a couple times. The communication is awful and not one follows through on anything. I will be headed into the office to speak to them Monday about my bill that was already settled. I do NOT recommend them. I’ve never felt like a burden in my life.... until then, the most important time of my life.A

After at least 3 months from our last visit we received a bill saying we were over 90 days past due for over $200. We called, the staff was clueless on the bill and said don’t pay it. We will call you back with what it means. Never called. Four months later received another bill saying we were 120 days late. After about a month I finally got an answer for the manager, and it was completely their staff’s fault. The billed our copay wrong and billed us for tests that we were originally told were covered. Basically, they were trying to collect the money from their mistake. After, many conversations about it not being my fault your staff wasn’t able to process compare correctly, they only made us pay for the tests, not the misbilled copays. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Very unorganized and unpleasant experience. Giving them a two star review because they did take some ownership and waived the copay, however they still misinformed us about the tests costs and wouldn’t take responsibility for that mistake.Who you would meet
