They worked diligently to get me in right away to meet my expected timeline. The office was very responsive to any questions and accommodating with my schedule. From the very first appointment, we were treated with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Fertility treatment can be an emotional journey, and every doctor, nurse, and staff member made us feel supported and hopeful every step of the way. The kindness, patience, and expertise of the entire team truly changed our lives. Every interaction felt personal and caring, never rushed. They celebrated our wins with us and supported us through the hard moments too. We will forever be grateful for the role they played in helping us build and expand our family.S

Dr Garg was quite pushy to sell as much as she could get away with, but the worst part is not even the aggressive selling, half truths, and making me feel like an ATM. Apparently I had a huge tumor on one of my ovaries, which she obviously saw on the initial diagnostics ultrasound, yet she chose not to notice it and was pushing me to start with the stim/billing for the next cycle. That borders on medical malpractice, really. So stay away from this money grab place.

As a same sex couple we were very nervous about where we were going to start our process and Greenwich Fertility was the best decision! Dr. Garg was very informative and eased any concerns or overthinking we had throughout our fertility journey. We absolutely loved the support we got from the nursing staff every visit and felt like the process was way more seamless than we imagined. We are happily 7 weeks into a successful IVF transfer and look forward to working with this clinic to expand our family even further. All of the staff, Dr. Garg and Dr. Miller were fantastic! They definitely exceeded all of our expectations and made this process less intimidating and stressful.C

I edited this review to reflect the help she has given us. Original review: This place sucks. The people who work there are so nasty and unhelpful and that’s the last thing you need when you’re going through this type of journey. Front desk is rude and they all act like you’re bothering them.

Dr Nora Miller impressed us since the very first video conference call, in which she asked us very detailed questions to better understand our situation and explained clearly of our options. She tailored my treatment based on my body's response to dosage. Throughout the IVF process, she did every ultrasound for me herself and always explained to me what she was seeing on the screen. She was very personable, extremely encouraging, and always reassuring. The office staff were all really friendly too, and they didn't overbook themselves, so the routine checkups were really quick in-and-out without much waiting at all, which is very important because the IVF process required us to go for routine checkup very frequently. I successfully transferred an embryo at the first attempt with Dr. Miller and have successfully delivered our son. We wouldn't have had such a great buddle of joy without Dr. Miller and her team. We are truly thankful that we came to her.S

The moment I spoke with Dr. Miller she made me feel comfortable and told me she did not see any reason why I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant . Not only did she get me pregnant with my daughter on the first attempt but I am currently pregnant with a boy . I will forever be grateful to Dr. Miller and her team for what they did for me . Dr. Miller was always there to answer my questions and reassure me with any concerns I had . I highly recommend this practice . Everyone there is so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive.S

Unfortunately I had no success at this clinic after 5 cycles with every type of testing possible after failed attempts. With my young age the answer I kept getting was bad luck, which was not true. This place is also very expensive no payment plan options either. I finally switched to another program and had extensive testing done and got diagnosed, then was treated accordingly and now I'm holding my beautiful miracle in my hands!J

Every single person we encountered was caring, friendly and nurturing; which is so needed in this field. We worked with Dr. Brauer and Dr. Witt for an IUI and then a round of IVF. We felt very supported throughout it all. We were very lucky and had success with our first IVF attempt. We highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent bedside manner, professionalism and the best care in such an emotionally difficult and physically trying process. I wish you the best of luck in your journey!A

She is a talented, educated, knowledgeable expert in her field. She is a numbers person and is honest about her assessment. She is data driven and provides information/course of action based on numbers versus feelings/emotions. The IVF journey is incredibly challenging and emotional; she is the level headed, data driven, goal oriented leader you need...She used science and date to craft a plan for me that would yield the eggs numbers and quality as well as the embryos necessary for a successful transfer of a frozen embryo. I followed her directions and instructions to the “T” and it led to the birth of my son.A

There was retained tissue after the procedure so she performed another operative hysteroscopy to remove the remaining tissue and again was unsuccessful! I had to have a 3rd procedure (I switched doctors this time) because of Dr. Miller's incompetence which has led to major complications. She later admitted that she had never dealt with retained tissue before- i know there is risk of retained tissue after any d&c but having to have 3 procedures after 1 miscarriage is unheard of and unacceptable...A

I would without hesitation go back to her for future fertility treatments...I always felt that she worked within my level of comfort and preferences while guiding me to facilitate the best outcome...appropriately weighed risks and advised on SET...always took time to explain everything thoroughly and to answer any questions you had. Never felt rushed and always felt like she was most interested in ensuring you were comfortable and well informed.A

He knew I was scared to do IVF and didn't try to push me towards it, instead, he let me come to that decision when I felt mentally ready for it. At every single appointment he made me feel totally at ease and calmed my nerves... Clomid did not work for me at our previous clinic so we did Letrozole insteadA

We do not want twins and are on the same page as [Dr. Laura Meyer]...She is kind, compassionate and also very scientifically based. She would always call me back when I had questions and gave me all the time I needed. She made this suggestion based on seeing success with similar patients. The natural cycle involved taking crione gel inserts 3 times daily, and 1 tablet of estrace. This attempt resulted in a positive pregnancy...was an incredibly patient and supportive doctor. I had apprehension moving forward with IVF after my 3 failed IUIs, but she never discouraged me from trying something new, and was open to trying other options I inquired about, prior to moving forward with IVF.A

During the Letrozole cycle, we found out that my husband has a robertsonian translocation. Dr. Brauer left it up to us if we wanted to continue with the cycle naturally. Ultimately we decided to move forward and pursue IVF if this does not work...really listen to me and was willing to jump right in to treatment and figuring out what was going on.A

When we found out we were pregnant, we were emotional that Dr. Brauer would not be part of the rest of journey but grateful that she made our dreams come true.A

She really didn't take a step back and dig deeper into the problem with additional questions and diagnostic tests. Instead we just followed the protocol, which was unsuccessful. I found out with my 2nd RE that I had endometriosis after I had been a patient of hers for almost 2 years. It never even came up as a possibility with Dr Meyer and was never explored. It was disappointing.A

She is approachable, kind, smart, responsible, careful, and so much more. We actually had very bad news happen at this doctor before getting our good news, but the way she handled it all was amazing; she allowed us to have the strength to go through with it all again.A

She kept adjusting and tweaking my treatment plan (protocols) throughout the year that I worked with her. She was warm, kind, compassionate and sincere. He was direct and to the point, but always with a comforting, warm smile. He is the reason my dream of having a family is now very much a reality. Two babies later my dreams have come true and I owe it all to Dr. Witt and his entire team. We are forever grateful for his guidance and care throughout the IUI and later, IVF process.A

But for me, I felt like my diagnosis and treatment was all following a protocol without a real consideration for my unique situation and reaction to meds. I've gone through each cycle with a lot of doubt about it actually working... and as someone paying 100% out of pocket, it is a tough decision to continue coming back without the confidence that Dr. Brauer is considering me, specifically, as a patient.A

Everyone in my life tried to get me to go to NYC but my gut (which is very accurate) always felt confident in Dr. Brauer's care. Her personality made me want to grab a cup of coffee with her yet her brilliance was evident. Dr. Brauer called me personally for my exciting positive pregnancy test and my disappointing news of a chemical pregnancy. Both times she shared in the emotion of the call, super excited for the good news and leaving me with a positive outlook after the bad. I have trusted Dr. Brauer's game plan implicitly and have complete faith she will get me pregnant.A

I always had total confidence in her treatment approach...with only a handful of exceptions when she was not available, she walked us through the treatment plan each month, did every ultrasound, every IUI, and transfer. The only appointments where I wasn't scheduled to see her were just blood draws, and even then she'd usually poke her head in just to check on how things were going, see if I had any side effects...A

At times I felt she opted for the absolute most conservative approach, sometimes costing me months while waiting.... Antagonist protocol was used every time I cycled, with the best result the first time, average dose, yield 3 embryos. Turns out I am a poor responder (with diminished ovarian reserve). Dr opted to increase meds to max dose for 2 additional cycles with very poor results.A

I did not feel confident that he was really recommending the best course of treatment or attempting to narrow down my specific infertility problems in order to address them...It felt like he was doing things "by the book" rather than really evaluating what might be wrong and making adjustments every cycle to try and achieve a success.A
