Dr Garg was quite pushy to sell as much as she could get away with, but the worst part is not even the aggressive selling, half truths, and making me feel like an ATM. Apparently I had a huge tumor on one of my ovaries, which she obviously saw on the initial diagnostics ultrasound, yet she chose not to notice it and was pushing me to start with the stim/billing for the next cycle. That borders on medical malpractice, really. So stay away from this money grab place.

The people who work there are so nasty and unhelpful and that’s the last thing you need when you’re going through this type of journey. Front desk is rude and they all act like you’re bothering them.

Dr Nora Miller impressed us since the very first video conference call, in which she asked us very detailed questions to better understand our situation and explained clearly of our options. She tailored my treatment based on my body's response to dosage. Throughout the IVF process, she did every ultrasound for me herself and always explained to me what she was seeing on the screen. She was very personable, extremely encouraging, and always reassuring. The office staff were all really friendly too, and they didn't overbook themselves, so the routine checkups were really quick in-and-out without much waiting at all, which is very important because the IVF process required us to go for routine checkup very frequently. I successfully transferred an embryo at the first attempt with Dr. Miller and have successfully delivered our son. We wouldn't have had such a great buddle of joy without Dr. Miller and her team. We are truly thankful that we came to her.S

Unfortunately I had no success at this clinic after 5 cycles with every type of testing possible after failed attempts. With my young age the answer I kept getting was bad luck, which was not true. This place is also very expensive no payment plan options either. I finally switched to another program and had extensive testing done and got diagnosed,then was treated accordingly and now I'm holding my beautiful miracle in my hands!J

There was retained tissue after the procedure so she performed another operative hysteroscopy to remove the remaining tissue and again was unsuccessful! I had to have a 3rd procedure (I switched doctors this time) because of Dr. Miller's incompetence which has led to major complications. She later admitted that she had never dealt with retained tissue before- i know there is risk of retained tissue after any d&c but having to have 3 procedures after 1 miscarriage is unheard of and unacceptable...I
