For a practice that works with individuals and couples trying to conceive, this level of delay and lack of responsiveness is beyond frustrating—it’s harmful. You are dealing with people in an incredibly time-sensitive and emotionally vulnerable stage of life, and the complete lack of urgency or empathy is deeply disappointing. This process feels dismissive and neglectful. Patients deserve clear communication, reasonable timelines, and basic respect. Do better. Update to your response: wow! The first time your business has contacted us and of course in that amount of time, it is 100% AI. If you read my other reviews, especially as it is to do with local primary care options - please heed my warnings! If left to local primary care options - of which my husband and I have struggled with two… I mean it with all my heart that this specialist is worth his salt and deserves all the praises. Dr. Austin’s team and their instructions for my husband have never been lacking to the extent neither of us have ever been denied a test (minus struggling to stay still in the MRI machine)… and it’s obvious Dr. Austin and his entire team cares about his patients. Especially those men who come to him that are extraordinarily unwell. For us, seeing Dr. Austin wasn’t just a chance at having a baby my husband hasn’t been gifted. But at keeping my husband alive, with quality of life; and continues to be, as we struggle to acquire appropriate primary care - Dr. Austin empowers his patients to recognize we deserve to be treated and cared for and I continue to be so grateful for his current care of my husband - All offices could learn a lot from Dr. Austin and his team - thank you for caring about us, and going the extra mile STILL, even when our insurance made things tricky… you all saw sickness and jumped to action. He and I are so so grateful. And this is aside from not having conceived yet - and maybe not ever as we are getting older - but giving him the opportunity to try, now, while there IS still time… and ALSO not be sick (the effects of low testosterone atrophy the male physique, corrupt the sperm, and cause decreased life expectancy). Just the idea of having the chance to try not being robbed from him in the name of wellness… the intricacies are so nuanced and Dr. Austin slays it - giving my husband a chance at a legacy but most importantly, a quality of life. First off if I could give Zero Stars I would. There is another nurse in the clinic that is pushy as well. I won't go too much into our experience as we are considering filing a lawsuit against them. We are a Married Interracial Lesbian Couple and I feel they let their personal bias get in the way and we saw a good rating at the time and went here big mistake. I don't recommend this place for anyone stay away so they get closed down they should not be working with anyone when starting a family is supposed to be a happy and stress free time. I am also a Disabled Military Veteran had I known they would of helped us I would of never had us going to this clinic so this is how we are be treated now the reviews I read were appalling and the hap hazard response from the owner was ridiculous on one of the one star ratings. I remember everything about our experience there and the many harassing letters for payment you have sent it's illegal to harass someone to collect a debt just thought y'all should know that and I am now a paralegal so I know a lot about personal injury claims, scams, and fraud, and your desire to break HIPPA Laws as well, the next communication will be from our Attorney. The front desk never answers the phone, the telephone automated system loops and then disconnects the call, and even though the automated system mentions "for faster results, communicate with your provider through the portal," I still do not get timely feedback ( a week to respond). Even since you've responded, I've continued to receive the same terrible service. Responding to a review with a positive statement of intent, isn't enough. This time I had 20 large follicles prior to trigger (HCG again) and they were able to retrieve 20 eggs! Of those, 16 were mature and 14 fertilized. We end up with 6 blasts this time and the PGT-a results on them were 4 "normal", and 2 abnormal.
