I came in for baseline testing that included blood tests and ultrasound, then followed by SIS and my husband's semen analysis. I thought it was weird and disappointing at the time that I never saw or spoke to a doctor, and only met with nurses and ultrasound techs who performed my SIS...When I showed up to the appointment, expecting to go over my carrier screening results, the nurse (not a doctor, of course) surprised me by only going over my baseline testing results, which there was truly nothing to discuss. She literally read my report like "Your blood type is A positive. Your estrogen level was xxx, etc).
