The entire staff is so kind and encouraging. Dr. Escobar doesn’t wait for failure to test every possible reason that could be a roadblock to a successful transfer . He checks all of the boxes the first time to increase your chances of success. I never imagined our first transfer would be successful but it was!!! We are forever grateful, and we have so much love for he and his entire staff. I can’t wait to bring our son to meet everyone when he arrives.R

UPDATING MY REVIEW To my surprise this morning, I received a surprise notification that this clinic will now be charging me $316.34 for my HSO exam although I was told last week…UPDATING MY REVIEW To my surprise this morning, I received a surprise notification that this clinic will now be charging me $316.34 for my HSO exam although I was told last week that my insurance would cover it completely! I have called and called this clinic today and finally someone took my call. They informed me I have not met my deductible so my insurance is charging this to me. I understand that! But the fact that I keep getting told multiple different prices is infuriating!!! I was told I would not be receiving any extra bill for this exam! I will be finding another fertility clinic. What a MESS I came here to write a review for my amazing experience I have had at Dr. Escobar’s office so far. Overall, the experience has been pleasant and straightforward. The only thing I wish is that the billing was more clear. I had 2 exams scheduled for this week - one for HSO and one for HSG. I was given 3 different prices on these exams. The first time I was told it would be $200 per exam. The second time I went to the office which was for my HSO exam, I was told it would be $398 for one exam which was the HSG and that my insurance would cover my HSO exam completely. On the day of my last exam which was the HSG, when I walked into the office to get my exam and go to the counter to pay, I was then told that it would now be $521. Please make sure any prices are set in stone when you give these quotes to the patients and MAKE SURE everything is in writing. The front desk staff are very sweet and kind. I have no complaints about them. But please make sure the billing is more clear not just for me but for all of your patients. The fertility process is very stressful and emotional all on its own. The stress of the billing process shouldn’t be an extra burden. Other than this experience with the billing side of things, I have to give 5 stars for Amy. I was TERRIFIED of these exams by things I have read online and I really worked myself up over it. Turns out, both exams were completely painless. I realize this will not be the case for every woman, but I was so grateful. I was treated with kindness and understanding throughout the entire process and she walked me through everything before she did it and also explained to me the results on the same day of each exam. I am so grateful I found Dr. Escobar and Amy. I look forward to the treatment plan and finally I feel hope to become a mother where I thought it was impossible before. Thank you team!!!A

We’ve called numerous times, left multiple voicemails, and have yet to receive any kind of response. For a fertility center- where timely, compassionate, and reliable communication is critical- this level of neglect is simply unacceptable. Patients deserve better, especially when navigating such a sensitive and emotional journey.M

Getting an appointment wax easy since I was referred 01/23...Getting any information outside of that was EXTREMELY hard. The issues with the lack of answering definitely was a real issue they fixes it somewhat in 04/23. There's a big difference between the Dallas and Frisco office when it comes to the staff. The Dallas Office was less organized. If this is your 1st journey into fertility treatment make sure you ask as many questions possible at appointments because getting answers after will be like pulling teeth without assistance. 5/23 there was an issue with meds I ran out over the weekend contact Dr. Jones since she was on call. She returned the call promptly but she had the worst attitude. It was a 3 minute call and she was short and really didn't want to answer the question I had. This process is too expensive to have a Doctor with an attitude. Had the staff prescribed the right amount will wouldn't have had to bother her. During normal business hours you will rarely see her mostly staff. It wasn't a great experience.B

I will go above and beyond to thank this incredible team, after years and years of trying to get pregnant with so many doctors telling me I would never get pregnant. Dr.Escobar listened to my concerns, and went through every measure to ensure the best outcome for me and my husband. His staff is also the sweetest, especially Michelle which is by far the best, she answered all of my questions with no hesitation and was never bothered by anything I would ask, even if I called every day scared to do something wrong she would make sure i understand every bit of my calendar and that I was not left wondering. I could go on and on about her but she is incredible. I now have 2 beautiful children. My first so IVF success thanks to Dr.Escobar and staff and 3 months after giving birth to my son I got pregnant naturally and now have a beautiful daughter as well. I will never be more thankful for the doctor and staff for allowing me this opportunity to become a mother. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️T

I hung up and headed to the clinic because this can’t be how this business is ran. I get there explain my self Kamila looks as if she can care less as the other lady helps me. I first met Dr. Escobar when I was preserving my fertility and freezing my eggs. That journey was an emotional one for me, as I hadn’t envisioned being in my 30s, single, and without children. However, my experience at Conceive Fertility was outstanding, and I’m so grateful to have been referred to such a caring and professional clinic. Fast forward, I met my husband, and together we decided it was time to start our family. After trying on our own without success, and knowing what I had learned from my egg-freezing experience, we scheduled a consult with Dr. Escobar as a couple. It quickly became clear why people travel from all over the country to work with Dr. Escobar and his team. They truly listened to us, made us feel heard, and guided us every step of the way. They also encouraged us to advocate for our care, which was incredibly empowering. Gratefully, we conceived on our third IUI cycle. The patient confirmed my gut instinct (after reading the reviews) that doctor Jones was going to be who I was going to finally choose. This is even before I met her and her team. While no place is perfect, the financial counselor D’ Errica C. has been so knowledgeable and helpful to help me use my financial resources wisely and accurately. Thant in itself has made a remarkable difference in how at peace I feel in understanding where all fees would go, when to use insurance and when is preferred to pay out of pocket for my case. Ali was amazing and was great a drawing my blood. Leeba was so patient in explaining the sequence to take medications and anything related to administration and storage. Leeba also helped setting up my appointments and arranging for the meds to get to me on time. All of them have such a calm aura/ demeanor that emits a sense of ease and calmness which to is so valuable and appreciated in the IVF process. I am so happy to have doctor Jones as my doctor. While I’m early in the process, I have full trust the doctor Jones and her team got my back. Doctor Jones, took time to review diagnostic test that were key to make clinical decisions which in turn changed the sequence of treatment for the best outcome possible. It was her taking time to actually listen to my needs and take time to look at details that were critical. Taking time to answer all my questions so precisely made me feel that she absolutely cares about me/ about her patients and it is not merely a business or money making. A couple of hiccups at the beginning. A couple of hiccups I’ve encountered just had to do with logistics. Telling me I was seeing doctor Jones but was scheduled with her NP Rivka who one of the sweetest human beings. The other time I was scheduled for a test to which I had to drive to Frisco and comes to find out it couldn’t be done there and had to drive back to Dallas which is just a couple blocks from my house. Those little things don’t bother me as the main treatment appears to be well planned and look forward to continuing as such. I would be open to update this review as needed in the future as I know how hard it is to find the right place and doctor.A

Infertility alone is a very unhappy situation and nobody goes to fertility clinic smiling and laughing. These people that work there do their best on daily basis to serve and absorb all these negative energies from frustrated patients. Remember, they are people too, that have their own family problems as well. Be kind to yourself by holding on to your critisms. If you are not happy with the front desk, nurses or someone said something you misunderstood, talk to your doctor, or simply start your own fertility clinic and run it your way. I’m very disappointed for not being more proactive in reading reviews for this clinic. On my second visit I was scheduled to have a procedure in which I wasn’t given proper…I’m very disappointed for not being more proactive in reading reviews for this clinic. On my second visit I was scheduled to have a procedure in which I wasn’t given proper medical guidance as to how to prepare for and once CHECKED IN, given a sheet with “preparation” tips that included instructions on what to take and what to not do beforehand for it. I had already shown up so I figured no big deal I’ll just get it over with. Once inside I wasn’t given any pain medication or anesthesia to support the pain I was about to go through. I requested halfway thru the procedure that she needed to stop and she continued and followed with “almost done” and a countdown. She was not almost done and it was the worst procedure and most painful experience, running close to as painful as miscarriage, that I have ever been through. She should have stopped when I asked her to. Please don’t trust the front desk to provide all the information necessary and ask for proper pain management before they rob you of your medical rights as a patient. I will never recommend this office nor will I go back. I do believe in Dr Escobar’s professional expertise as a fertility specialist but unfortunately the Dallas office staff doesn’t meet the expectations of ideal support for patient care.A

My IVF coordinator was Melissa and she is the most kind, knowledgeable and understanding person! I was very impressed. Anyone who goes through infertility knows it is a struggle mentally and phsyically. He listened to me, cried with me, and offered as much information and understanding as possible. The nurses and front desk staff are wonderful and offered help every step of the way.
