I have been a patient at CCRM for a long time, and Dr. Levine and his team are excellent (5 stars!). The nursing staff and front desk team have also been compassionate, organized, and supportive throughout my care. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department has been very disappointing. I am currently owed a significant refund from a cycle that I cancelled over a month ago, and there has been little to no communication regarding the status or timeline of that refund. Despite multiple attempts to obtain clarity, I have not received a clear answer. I have been told the matter is “with accounting,” yet no one has been able to provide an update for over a month. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand that administrative delays can occur. However, the complete lack of communication and accountability is concerning — particularly given that this practice serves highly vulnerable patients who are investing substantial financial resources into their care. I have requested contact from the practice manager but have not received meaningful follow-up. I do not leave public reviews lightly, especially for a clinical team I respect, but I believe prospective patients should be aware that billing and refund communication may be an issue. I remain hopeful this will be resolved soon and continue to appreciate the care provided by the clinical team. I share this feedback in the spirit of encouraging improved communication around financial matters for future patients. Serious malpractice concern with the way bloodwork stickers were printed with a different patient with a similar name and incorrect DOB for my own bloodwork is just one example. Every time I have been told, “someone from the team will contact you,” I have never received it. The only time they have reached out proactively is to get my confirmation for payment. It unfortunately seems to be all they care about: your money. After my experience, I see charges for things that I did not partake in, like an "outpatient visit" on a date when I was not in the country. I even visited in person to notify them of this error and was assured that this would be taken care of, and that I would receive a follow up call. Of course, I was insane to think I would receive a call. I've only received updates from my insurance reminding me to pay for this bogus charge. When I called asking for an update, I was given attitude on the phone by the billing team. Please read the ample other reviews here. You will see this is in keeping with how this department speaks over, power trips, and steamrolls other patients. It's deeply unfortunate to leave this review. I have some medical complexities, and she takes the time to truly understand your health, put you at ease, and tailor your care accordingly. My nurse shared her story of transitioning from labor and delivery to IVF, bringing warmth and compassion to every step. She walked me through the entire process—medications, the potential calendar, the importance of self-advocacy—and reassured me that I was in control of my journey. The physician assistant was just as thorough, taking the time to ensure I understood every detail. I had heard many different experiences about medical screenings, some saying they could be painful, but CCRM made sure I was comfortable at every moment. She explained the procedure, drew a diagram of my uterus, and talked me through the goals and risks. More importantly, she reminded me that my body and choices were just as important as the process itself. The actual screening was quick and painless. With a delicate, reassuring touch, she conducted the transvaginal ultrasound, examined my fallopian tubes, and performed a saline infusion sonogram—all while checking in with me every step of the way.
