The receptionist Aliya was also very helpful from the time we walked in. There were parts of the process that could have easily felt uncomfortable or awkward, but the staff handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and discretion. At no point did I feel judged or uncomfortable—instead, I felt informed, supported, and treated with dignity. CCRM has done an incredible job creating an environment where both partners Patricia & I felt included and cared for. Walking into fertility care can feel overwhelming, emotional, and uncertain—but from the moment I became a patient, I felt supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way. A special thank you to Aliya at the front desk. She has been one of the first smiling faces I see walking in and has truly made such a difference in my experience. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care never go unnoticed. She has a way of making patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported during what can sometimes be an emotional journey. The entire team has consistently treated me with compassion, professionalism, and patience. Every question I’ve had has been answered thoughtfully, and every interaction has reminded me that I’m more than just a patient—I’m a person with hopes and dreams of growing my family. Things I’ve read online about other women finding about different things about their health AFTER they’ve already started treatment at other places is just not what will happen here. This team is so good at their jobs. They will test and research everything. They listen and observe you and your partner. They are both incredibly thorough and attentive, always focused on providing the highest level of care while taking the time to truly understand my case. I have consistently felt heard, supported, and valued every step of the way. The entire staff has been wonderful — the medical assistants are quick to respond to messages and always address my concerns the very same day, even getting me into the clinic to be seen the same or very next day! Everyone is genuinely kind, helpful, and compassionate. The lab technician is amazing as well — always quick, gentle, and never misses a stick! This clinic is truly outstanding from top to bottom. From Dr. Chen and her colleagues, to the nurses and medical assistants, to the lab team, and the warm smiles that always greet you at the front desk.
