I had started with another fertility clinic and was not satisfied due to lack of care, compassion, and attentiveness. I was recommended to Bloom by a co-worker/friend who had heard Bloom was a great place to address fertility challenges and help me navigate the next steps. Immediately, a noticed a huge difference from my first fertility clinic to Bloom. Dr. Gordon made a great first impression from our first call. I could tell she actually reviewed my information and even asked about my daughter, which made me feel like she cared and wanted to get to know me as a person and not just a patient. She was able to identify issues that were never found in the 2 years prior to me finding Bloom. Dr. Gordon as well as the IVF coordinators supported me throughout the process. I am happy to say I am expecting my second baby this year thanks to their help. Dr. Gordon has a plethora of knowledge and she is extremely empathetic and professional. Natasha was absolutely incredible throughout my entire experience. She was always kind, compassionate, responsive, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. Her deep understanding of the outside monitoring process gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. No matter what questions I had, she was always there to help, and I truly felt cared for as a patient. Kim and Alex, the ultrasound techs, were also amazing.
