From the very beginning, everyone has been so kind, compassionate, and supportive. The front desk staff have always been so welcoming, approachable, and helpful. They were always willing to answer questions, help with scheduling, and made every visit feel less stressful. The nurses, especially Laura, Alexis, and Linn, have been amazing. They were always patient, compassionate, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. No matter how many times I reached out, they took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and never made me feel like I was a burden. Dr. Arnette and Dr. Huang have also been incredible. They always took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had, and helped me feel at ease during some of the most emotional and stressful moments. I trusted their recommendations and always felt that they truly cared about me, my pregnancy, and helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents. IVF and infertility can be an emotional journey, but having a team that genuinely cares makes all the difference. Every person at ARCH treated us with kindness, respect, and compassion.
