How to request deletion of your information.

Patriot Conceptions respects your privacy and gives you the ability to request deletion of the personal data we may hold about you. Depending on how you have interacted with us, this can include contact details you submitted through a form on our website, information tied to a portal account, customer support records, or details associated with a connected social login. The steps below explain exactly how to make a request, what information to include, and what to expect once we receive it.

You can submit a request at any time. There is no cost to ask for deletion, and asking will not affect your ability to contact us again in the future or to start a new application later. If you are unsure which of your data we hold, you can still send a request and we will help you identify the records associated with your name, email address, or phone number.

1) Request deletion by email

Email info@patriotconceptions.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Using this subject line helps us route your message to the right team quickly so it is not mistaken for a general inquiry.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address and/or phone number you used to contact us
  • Which services you used (website form, portal, chat, phone, social messaging)

We may ask you to verify ownership of the email address or phone number before processing the request. This verification step protects you by making sure that no one else can request deletion of your information on your behalf. Once we have confirmed your identity, we locate the records tied to the details you provided and remove the personal information we are able to delete, keeping only what we are required to retain for legal or compliance reasons.

2) Facebook Login / Meta data deletion

If you previously connected through Facebook Login, you can also remove access via Facebook and request data deletion through Facebook’s “Apps and Websites” settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications .

Remove the “Patriot Conceptions” app (if present), then use Facebook’s “View Removed Apps and Websites” flow to submit a data deletion request. Removing the app stops any further data sharing through that connection, and the deletion request asks us to clear the information that was previously shared. You can combine this with the email request above if you want us to confirm in writing that the connected data has been removed.

3) Portal accounts

If you have a portal account, you can request deletion using the email method above, and we will guide you through the appropriate steps. Deleting your portal data removes the information stored in your account along with the account itself. If your portal account is connected to an active surrogacy or egg donation journey, we will explain which records can be removed immediately and which may need to be retained while the journey or any related agreement is still in progress.

What to expect after you submit a request

After we receive and verify your request, we confirm the records associated with your name and contact details and delete the personal information we are able to remove. Processing times can vary based on the verification step and any legal retention obligations that apply to specific records. If we are unable to delete a particular piece of information, we will tell you why and let you know how long it must be retained.
