Working with Dr. Katari was truly a night-and-day difference. She never once made me feel like my body was failing. She was calm, positive, kind, and never rushed our conversations. I always felt she had time for my questions and was genuinely invested in my success. The team is equally incredible. Queen, their nurse, was patient and gentle in her care. Tina, their receptionist, was a joy to chat with each visit. The embryologists were passionate and warm. The team’s overall coordination of moving our embryos was efficient and professional—it truly couldn’t have been easier. We became pregnant on our very first transfer with Dr. Katari (it has always taken two transfers in the past), and I truly believe her supportive, confident approach made a difference. Research shows the patient-physician relationship can impact outcomes, and I absolutely felt that in her care. I’m so grateful to have found her and would (and do!) recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone struggling on their journey to parenthood. Her pricing is also refreshingly fair and transparent compared to other clinics we’ve worked with, which made the experience feel even more supportive and accessible.

What's great about Dr. Katari - she is willing to try things other clinics weren't with me, an obese patient with insulin resistant PCOS. We did, I believe, 3 rounds of unmonitored letrozole with Dr. Katari. I truly believe my experience would have been different if I wasn't obese, and I think anyone reading this should keep this in mind. What's not great - I decided I was ready to move to monitored and I understood there was an issue with my weight. So I asked her in the portal for the weight number that I needed to be to move to IUI. She replied that since I had lost weight already, let's move forward on my next cycle with IUI. Fast forward a month, I call to make an appointment and suddenly there is a weight number to reach (which I was around 10 lbs over). I decided I would rather go anywhere else. Let's clarify - I'm not upset that she decided not to give me treatment. I'm upset she told me (in writing) that we would move forward, and then went back on that word. I had told all of my family we were moving to the next step. But also, we can discuss the question on why is unmonitored treatment alright to give an obese patient, but monitored is a problem? I get she was trying to help me, but medical practices need consistency or you're left questioning it like I am. For the record, her practice was new at this time, and it's possible she didn't have solid policies regarding this either. So she might handle things differently now. What we could have discussed instead was the impact of insulin resistance on egg and endometrium quality - we never did that. It was always about my weight and "risk" and "it could have impact on treatment". I never got any real specifics to be honest, I never understood why my weight could impact it? There are SO many mothers out there larger and unhealthier than me that have gotten pregnant.... Just because I have PCOS that impacts my ovulation I can't have a baby? I moved on to a different RE and was pregnant pretty quickly (literally my first round with him, which I also acknowledge could have been lucky) after spending a single month on keto and exercise actually focused for insulin resistance, recommended by that doctor. Honestly I truly believe if I lost those 10 lbs with Dr katari, I would have spent more time in treatment because I'm still insulin resistant...why would losing weight change the impact of my insulin resistance on my endometrium quality? So, if your BMI is over 44, either get to a 44 BMI, or look elsewhere. I was turned away with a BMI of 45 (which is standard, and I don't fault her for this). I truly think she's a great doctor, but I also believe you, the patient, should fully understand what is going on with your body. If you're insulin resistant, understand your insulin resistance and how to manage it. And she just didn't do that with me other than recommending a GLP-1.Dr. Katari deserves 10 stars if that were possible. She truly changed my life. Dr. Katari created an individualized treatment plan based on how my body responded to different medications. I always felt that my care was thoughtful, personalized, and closely monitored. The road to embryo transfer was not easy and we had to delay and try alternative approaches, but her persistence and expertise ultimately led to a successful transfer. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance through such an emotional journey. The entire clinic team was exceptional. The nursing staff (especially Queen) were compassionate and responsive, the office was always organized and welcoming, and Tina at the front desk deserves special recognition for her kindness and professionalism.Dr. Katari and her team are truly exceptional, and I am grateful to have found Radiance Fertility. Her staff is just as incredible. Tina at the front desk answered every financial question and always greeted us with a smile. Queen is a beautiful soul who cared for me through the toughest parts. Nurse Noel checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable. The embryologist walked me through everything no matter how many times I asked. Even Ashley the anesthesiologist kept me laughing and took amazing care of me during retrieval. I will update as we move further into our journey but a huge amount of stress has already lifted just knowing I’m in good hands. We had a wonderful experience at the Family Fertility Clinic in Bethlehem to conceive our two year old son, but as we prepared to have our second child we wanted to try a local clinic as our insurance coverage now covered several local offices. A friend recommended Radiance Fertility and Dr. Katari, and we had a wonderful experience! We were able to quickly schedule our initial appointment without being placed on a waitlist, met with Dr Katari to discuss our prior experience conceiving our son, and we felt truly heard and supported by Dr. Katari at every appointment. We are so lucky and thankful that the first IUI we attempted with Dr. Katari worked! I went in for several monitoring appointments as I was on injectable medicine, and Dr. Katari did every ultrasound herself, and thoroughly explained our next steps.
