I liked my doctor, but we did like 2 tests and she diagnosed me with unexplained infertility. I asked for more testing, they refused and said it wasn't necessary. Everything I wanted to try, I was dismissed. If I'm paying for it and want to know the answer, what could it hurt? I had countless rounds of Clomid and Letrozole. I could hardly handle the Letrozole because it made me so sick. They refused to prescribe Zofran (told me to get it from my GP) and gaslit me like it wasn't the Letrozole, even though it was literally the only thing that had changed. I was told we could stick with the medications only and I wouldn't have to do IUI if I didn't want to. Then I was told that my chart said not to give me any more of the medications. This is a business. They want the revenues from IUI and IVF and try to push that route. I was with them for 2 years, trying for almost 5 now. I have given up trying for a family. I thought I had hope with this facility, but it did more damage than it did any good.
