We…If you’re currently searching for the right fertility clinic to go to, THIS is your clinic. My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at Green Valley Fertility Partners! We both underwent IVF and had excellent results. We are so happy to say that our baby girl is on the way — all thanks for Dr. Fisch and his incredible team at GVFP. Dr. Fisch’s expertise in fertility medicine is incredibly extensive. My case was a little bit tricky, but he knew exactly what to do to get great results. We frequently saw families in the waiting room that had traveled from out of state just to get care at GVFP. This really speaks to how exceptional the care is at this clinic. The facility is also beautiful, clean and state-of-the-art. The entire team -- from front desk staff to back room embryology is amazing. Every single team member was friendly, professional, and really worked with us with genuine empathy and care over the yearlong stretch we were patients. Dr. Fisch is such a delight! He always thoroughly walked us through every procedure and answered all our questions. We were also lucky to be treated by Dr. Tyre alongside Dr. Fisch, and she was also tremendously knowledgable and supportive throughout the process. My wife needed an uncomfortable procedure and Dr. Tyre held her hand which was so sweet! Both of their bedside manner is phenomenal. Joanna, the Clinical ART Coordinator was also a joy to work with! We really enjoyed seeing her each visit. She always took the time to walk us through the medications and answer all our questions. The nursing staff were wonderful as well. Maritza and Taylor were always so lovely to see, and I swear they must be two of the best phlebotomists because we barely felt a needle poke! We also received excellent care from the anesthesiologists and felt very comfortable during the procedures that required sedation. The finance team are also top notch. Milissa and Jeanie were always so helpful, empathetic and supportive. They worked with us to make sure we were getting the most out of our budget and coverage and always had good suggestions based on their broad experience. We enjoyed our many conversations with them. We were also so impressed by the embryology team. It was clear our embryos were handled with an extraordinary level of care and expertise. My wife and I felt really lucky that we came here and were cared for by this exceptional team! It was actually sad for us to graduate since we visited here so often for our treatments and enjoyed seeing the staff! If you are looking for an excellent fertility doctor, please look no further. My husband and I did not start trying until I turned 39, so we expected an uphill battle. But from the very beginning, we felt that we were in the best possible hands with Dr. Fisch and his wonderful team. One of the biggest benefits of going to a smaller clinic with one reproductive fertility doctor is the attentive, individualized care. Dr. Fisch and his staff became familiar with us and our fertility journey very quickly. He personally performed our appointments, ultrasounds, and all required procedures, and at the end of each appointment, he always took the time to answer all of our questions — often before we even asked them. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and always had an answer for us. I truly felt cared for and like I was a priority. Dr. Fisch is attentive, detail-oriented, compassionate, and incredibly personable. He called us from his cell phone many times, which meant so much to us during such an emotional process. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and invasive, but Dr. Fisch and his entire staff — including the nurses and anesthesiologists — always did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and supported. In addition to his excellent medical skills, Dr. Fisch has an incredible bedside manner. He is kind, friendly, patient, and genuinely supportive. He and his wife, Melissa, made me feel like I was more than just a patient. We also loved the front office staff and nurses. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and supportive with our appointments. The thing we love about Gvf is the boutique feel vs the packed nightclub feel of the other fertility clinics in town. We love that we are able to make afternoon apts whereas at the other clinics only 7am or 8am apts are available for ultrasounds. We also love that dr. Fisch is very hands on doing every ultrasound himself and even making the calls about fertilization results, embryo development, and the beta results. We wanted to get some answers and help with our infertility problem that we've been dealing with for the past four years, so we decided to do a consultation. Dr. Fisch did explain…We wanted to get some answers and help with our infertility problem that we've been dealing with for the past four years, so we decided to do a consultation. Dr. Fisch did explain the entire process to us, and we found out that our insurance covered 1 cycle of IVF not including the out-of-pocket admin fee. We went ahead to move forward to get the process started. I do have PCOS, so IVF is essentially a good treatment to get pregnant, but the doctor did go back and forth stating I have PCO. I actually felt great doing the stims part with my hormones and our follicle count at each appointment seem to be good as well. When I did the egg retrieval part they got 17 eggs, 10 matured, & 8 were fertilized (pretty good numbers still), but after day three they stopped growing and we were left with nothing. We were surprised, confused, and upset that we got nothing from our egg retrieval. I was told that it was due to poor egg quality. But now our fertility benefits had been just about drained and exhausted when all we did was a partial cycle, so in order for us to do another egg retrieval we were now out of pocket completely and yes, the medication for the stims did drain a good portion of our benefits. I feel that the biggest letdown and disappoint came from the "unexplained" fertility part. It was not more addressed and instead of getting to the root of the problem of my poor egg quality we were quoted very high amounts to try again. Dr. Fisch told us at our consultation that IVF is a 70%-80% success rate but then the office manager told me it is only a 40%-45% success rate so there's a lot of miscommunications involved in the office. All I was being told was that it was a bad batch of eggs, which felt more like I just burned a batch of cookies in the oven. I am 35 and relatively healthy, I had a live birth before and was able to get pregnant a year ago but unfortunately lost that pregnancy. I felt like IVF was pretty hopeful for us to do and although I understand that it is just a chance, We did not expect that outcome that we had. I just feel like they just want to get patients on their schedule for cycles. The staff themselves were friendly and did assist us, but I do feel the direction the doctor gave us was not good and at the end of our experience we just kind of just felt like a number. I feel like instead of being talked into a 2nd egg retrieval that is going to cost us so many thousands of dollars out of pocket with zero grantees is being given false hopes when rather figuring out what is making my egg quality poor to resolve that issue before we commit to another round. I have now decided to see an endocrinologist to address my PCOS issues that are giving me the poor egg quality in hopes that will help us in the future. The endocrinologist was surprised that I was not ordered to do more blood work for my hormones so that is now being addressed. If we do another IVF cycle, we plan to go somewhere else next time as we feel that it was just a rollercoaster of being told one thing and then something else next along with having all our emotions involved in this entire process.I had a wonderful experience at Green Valley Fertility Partners. The doctor frequently interrupted me, rushed through appointments, and showed little compassion or patience when I asked important questions about my treatment. After our failed egg retrieval, we were told that we’d receive a follow-up call with Dr. Fisch to discuss what went wrong, what went right, and what our next steps should be. However, it took nearly two weeks to get that call scheduled. I had to follow up multiple times and even request to speak with a manager just to secure an appointment. When Dr. Fisch finally called, he was unwilling to answer our questions, responded with sarcasm, and ended the conversation by abruptly hanging up on us. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a physician. After, Milissa Fisch, the office manager and Dr. Fisch’s wife, called to apologize for his behavior. She explained that he became angry because he felt we were blaming him for the failed cycle — which was especially confusing, as we were simply trying to understand what went wrong in order to make an informed decision about whether to try again. We were seeking clarity, not placing blame. Milissa offered us either a discount on a future IVF cycle or a small refund. We chose the refund, as I no longer feel comfortable trusting Dr. Fisch with my body or my care. What should have been a supportive and transparent process felt cold, confusing, and at times, condescending. I was referred to Dr. Fisch by my OBGYN after 6 unsuccessful rounds of Clomid. After the first few visits with doc he actually found what my fertility issues were, which were treatable and he corrected with a minor procedure. It was SO nice to finally have answers!! After all was good, instead of going straight to IVF we proceeded with IUI treatments first and Femara oral medication. The first IUI treatment was unsuccessful (we were very sad but hopeful) but the second treatment the next month was successful! When I got the call the MA Lindsay was just as excited to tell us we were pregnant as were. To all of our surprises on my first ultrasound I am now 10 weeks pregnant with TRIPLETS!! The dedication, care and compassion Dr. Fisch and all of his staff have are unmatched. I never left without unanswered questions and we always knew the next steps or game plan. They always make sure you're in the loop with your care. Once I was pregnant, they closely monitored me and followed up to make sure all was going OK. The staff from the front to the back are extremely responsive. Any time I've called with a question or concern they will always call you back, especially with results. HUGE shoutout to the medical assistants, they've always been incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I mean, this office really has fertility down to a T! Everything we have, we owe to them.
