I can’t recommend DIRM enough for fertility treatments. My journey began in January ‘25 at a different fertility clinic. The other clinic did minimal testing and basically told me…I can’t recommend DIRM enough for fertility treatments. My journey began in January ‘25 at a different fertility clinic. The other clinic did minimal testing and basically told me that if I wanted to move forward with IVF I could. I thought that was a crazy jump with little to no explanation. I decided to switch clinics in April ‘25 and thank goodness I did. From the moment I started at DIRM, I’ve been blown away by their expertise, professionalism, bedside manner, and on and on. I’ve accidentally missed appointments and they call me and get me in the same day no problem. When things aren’t going as planned, Dr Bachman would literally hug me during appointments! They offer all the latest in fertility development like ICSI, 3rd party PGT-A testing, and all kinds of pre diagnostics testing before you have to commit to treatments such as IUI or IVF. I ultimately went the IVF route and they held my hand the entire process. I am truly grateful for the entire staff here and the time and attention they’ve given me and my husband.N

My husband and I both had fertility issues and after trying for 2 years and having multiple losses we found ourselves at DIRM- A recommendation from my Mother in law who was a patient of Dr. Russell's 25 years ago (Hence my husband- the 25 year old IVF baby) From day DIRM made us feel seen and heard and all the doctors and nurses went above and beyond for us. We did 3 rounds of IUI and the last being successful and now I am 5.5 weeks pregnant with our little miracle! We can't thank DIRM enough for the outstanding care we received while under their care. We know it'll be bittersweet next month when we graduate to our OBGYN! They are the best. of the best!!L

Ultimately, we went through ivf and had a spontaneous pregnancy during a month we took off from treatment; however, I still think this team played a key role in our successful pregnancy and the two month old that I know hold in my lap. For example, time-sensitive medications ordered incorrectly. The issues were fixable but were still unsettling at the time. With that said, I’m forever grateful for DIRM and Dr Bachman; she’s a true angel.

But one thing I want to share is the experience I’ve had with this practice in spite of one of the most terrible experiences of my life. I started seeing Dr. Bachman in January after my second miscarriage. Though that one was technically a chemical pregnancy (very early miscarriage before the pregnancy is confirmed on ultrasound), Dr. Bachman acknowledged the pain I was feeling and welcomed us with open arms. Through my experiences with her and with DIRM, I am convinced she and the team at DIRM are literal angels here on earth. They have encouraged and embraced me through the extensive fertility testing, through each time I hoped I was pregnant and wasn’t, and through this very emotionally challenging 3rd pregnancy. They answered every single message, and addressed every single one of my concerns (and there were a lot), and never got frustrated with my anxiety through this whole process. Dr. Bachman reassured me, and gave me peace at a time I was struggling to find it most. She listened to every concern, even returned my phone calls on the weekends, and personally worked with me when my insurance coverage ended after I was laid off while pregnant to ensure I was provided the best care, not only for my baby but for me while I tried to find care through another OB since mine had discontinued that part of their practice. Dr. Bachman is by far the greatest doctor I have ever had and probably will ever have and I cannot express my gratitude towards her in words. They say God puts people in your life for a reason, and even though I am majorly struggling with my faith right now, I know this is true for Dr. Bachman and her team. If you are struggling with infertility at all, I cannot suggest this practice enough. Even though the outcome wasn’t a successful pregnancy, I put my full trust in them that they will help us grow our family.K

Dr. Russell and team actually listened to me and they tested my husband (which the first practice never even mentioned). Several tests, one procedure, and 4 rounds of clomid later, I am 14 weeks along. I felt very comfortable with Lauren (she was with me during most of my appointments). She is so sweet and obviously cares about her patients. Any question I had she was able to answer. I stopped in one morning after some slight bleeding (everything was fine) and she listened to me, comforted me, and made me feel a lot better. The next day I had a scheduled ultrasound and I feel that she took just a little extra time double checking everything just to put my mind at ease. The main ultrasound tech (she told me her name like 5 times at least and I feel terrible that I can’t remember it!) is amazing. She is so sweet and funny during appointments. Always greeted me by name and made every appointment she was in with me very comfortable. Toni, one of the girls that draws your blood, is just wonderful. There is at least one other girl who I’m sure is just as amazing, but Toni always seemed to be the one to grab me. Having blood drawn is never fun, but with Toni, it never really hurt. Even the front desk staff is amazing. They knew my name after about 4 appointments and, even though I couldn’t see them through the masks (covid), I could tell they always had a smile on their faces. I can’t recommend this practice enough. I had to hold back tears on Friday because it was my last appointment with them as I am entering the second trimester. I can’t thank the ladies and Dr. Russell enough. If I need a reproductive doctor again down the road, I will be going no where else but back to DIRM.M

I must say that it was quite scary to admit that there might be a problem. I bit the bullet and made the appointment. As soon as we walked in Linda greeted us with a huge smile and we felt at ease. Everyone was great!! Dr Russell, Lauren and everyone else (I forget all their names....sorry) we absolutely amazing. They made us feel important and that they really wanted us to succeed. Each time we were told to stay positive and always spoke about "When it happens......" After 5 months I am happy to say that we were successful and have a baby boy arriving this July. My "Graduation" from DIRM was bittersweet. Happy to be pregnant but sad to be leaving that wonderful team. If we decide for number 2 we will be returning to them. These two transfers have felt so much better and I think she was correct in thinking my body didn't like the synthetic hormones.I

The first two I only used a trigger shot for timing. The next two we used clomid as well as the trigger shot. We moved onto IVF and my shots included menopur, gonal-F and cetrotide. He retrieved 25 eggs with 13 mature. They were concerned that I'd have Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and quickly put me on medication to avoid OHSS, which worked. We had 5 embryos to freeze and opted to do testing which resulted in only one normal embryo.I
