Confirmed appointment with clinic several times. Showed up and NO PHYSICIAN WAS AVAILABLE TO DO LABS OR TESTING. Only their medical director who decided between Friday and Monday to go out of town can apparently run labs. however there was a physician there whose only response was “I’m a physician and you won’t speak to me in a loud tone” but could not have labs ordered. I will file a complaint with the medical board. This was completely unacceptable. In the field of IVF timing is everything. This was unethical behavior by all physicians involved.C

We are about to start IVF with this medical team and could not feel more safe and understood by this fertility specialist. I initially saw Dr. Choung for fertility testing, and he never once pushed me to go through IVF as a first resort but as a last, as him and his team were hopeful with our medical barriers that we could conceive naturally, but unfortunately it has not turned out that way. Dr. Choung has been understanding and caring from the get go. Not only this, his knowledge of his craft is exceptional and he truly is a superb doctor who his an expert in his field. I do not trust any other doctor other than Dr. Choung due to his extensive background in fertility medicine, experience, continuing education, and training. My husband and I are prayerfully looking forward to meeting our future babies and starting our family with this exceptional fertility team.A

This place is horrible!!! I would NOT recommend this place at all. I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. Their fees are not transparent and are more expensive than other places.The day before my first visit, they texted me saying my balance was $415. When I was on the way to the office, they texted me again saying my balance jumped to $499 because they planned to do another kind of ultrasound, which is $84 more than the previous one. Later I found out the 2 kinds of ultrasound cost the same, they just wanted to do 2 ultrasounds, which is definitely unnecessary. Worst of all, their billing person Christine is extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I’ve always paid on time at the date of service. Out of the blue, 3 months later, they called me and told me that I have a balance, which doesn’t make sense. Without trying to figure out the issue, because I’m certain it’s their error, the billing person started pushing and threatening me and even made fun of me for not being able to get pregnant. We had to spend our own time and figured out it was their mistakes. Dr.Choung said he would review and call us, but he never did. No communications, no explanations, they just threatened me without substantiated supports. For a place that provides patient care, you’d expect to be treated with respect and empathy. I experienced neither. I plan to file a complaint against this clinic. Update: I didn’t do a comprehensive ultrasound (just checked ovaries). Please check your records before billing me incorrectly and intimidating me with collection agency for a phantom service. After noticing your billing mistake on the account summary, we reached out via email and phone call several times. We’re still waiting for a callbackG

First of all i want to thank the staff ( Annie, Dessire, and Antoinette) thanks to them i was able to have a very positive experience! The main reason i did not give a 1 star was because of them! they were very friendly, flexible with my schedule. I was a donor DS417 and the Intended parents were using this clinic for there treatment that's the reason i was assigned to them for my procedure. other wise i would have not used them. the only thing that the Dr. C care about is the IP money because that's all he is worried about! The reason i am posting this review is for other donor to be aware of your options when it comes to the medication you are given. the clinic has a very conservative way of doing things which fine ! but, i am a human and i deserve to be treated like one, i told him since the beginning that i could NOT use a trigger shot HCG to trigger because i would hyper stimulate and would end up at the hospital ! that was the deal if i was going to donate i would be triggered with a lupron so i would not have any side effects. you might be asking yourself why i am giving all this details well based on research and advance medicine there are other meds that we can take that have the same outcome of good eggs and very low risk for hyperstimulation with out putting the donor at risk of further complications. I got so upset with him because he did not care about my health all he cared about was the eggs that i was going to donate and the profit he was going to make out of me! he makes you do so many labs that are not needed this was not my first time donating so i am familiar with the protocol and the process. i know every doctor has his or her way of doing things, but if you are going to make money out of my donation at least do what the donor is asking and listen to her before doing all the unnecessary procedures ! - Thank YOU!M

I wish I can give it no star. This man almost killed me 2 years ago. I had a procedure that he recommended and had a surgery done. I was discharged that same day. I got home and I started turning blue and was in severe pain. I try to reach his on call pager and this man never calls back. I'm kinda thankful he never calls back because I was going to tell him to give me a different pain medication cos I was in severe pain. If he had did, I would have probably bleed to death. Long story short, I ended up in the ER that night and my hemoglobin has dropped below 6, I had to have another surgery immediately and have blood transfusions. The ER physicians tried calling him and he never calls back. He listed in my chart that he performed 5 different surgeries so he can bill the insurance. The doctors was confused about what procedure I had done and wanted to confirm with him but he never care calling me back till two days later. This place is cheaper than the other places but please becareful if you have to have any type of surgery done with him.C

Their are very thorough with testing and good with filing with insurance as well. Under Dr. Chuong's care and the care of Dr. Wendy (my acupuncturist), I was able to conceive naturally in less than 60 days. I was very happy with the result! I have always find it challenging to find doctors with good staff members but here, I like the balance. I trusted the care I was given both by the staff and by Dr. Chuong. We've build quite an excellent relationship with them over time. I'm actually sad to leave the practice! I also think it's very helpful that I can text to the office directly with questions and they will follow up with me on test results or other related items. Thank you for everything!R

I called to make an appointment and was quickly scheduled for an appointment. Dr. Chuong had great bedside manner and thoroughly explained what my husband and I could do to help our chances. He didn't immediately jump to the most expensive procedure (IVF) but really vetted all of our options. We got pregnant after our first IUI procedure! Not only that, the staff, Desiree and Annie, were amazing through the whole process. They always answered texts/calls and emails in a quick and timely manner. No question was silly or dumb and believe me, I work in healthcare and I've never worked with such amazing people!! Dr. Chuing and his staff are phenomenal and would highly recommend him and his team! You won't be disappointed in the level of service and care they provide. They always made me feel like I was the most important person there and really I am going to miss them! They've been so supportive and even correspond with me after we got pregnant. He ran tests that I hadn't had done by another doctor and explained things well. He gave me a lot of research he had done on a drug that would help my endometriosis which made me feel well informed!I

She suggested a few months recovery and then a retrieval and transfer. She was present for the egg retrieval. They retrieved 5 and out of those 5, 3 fertilized. They transferred 3 on cycle day 3. It was not a successful transfer. However, knowing that I am positive for the MTHFR gene and Rh- (A-), she advised my seeing a rheumatologist to help in directing my treatment moving forward with future IVF procedures. He seems to care immensely about the financial aspect of infertility. But you don't often get to see him. I only saw Dr Check once during the initial consultation. he does a post coital test. From what I have heard not many doctors do this. By doing this simple test they discovered my cervical mucus was killing all of the sperm. The fix was an easy douche of water and baking soda once a month. Everyone though this was insane but it worked. I was prescribed medication for the hyperthyroidism. Each cycle was close monitoring to watch for ovulation, followed by progesterone (he seems very keen on progesterone) and a Lupron shot one week after ovulation.I
