After transferring from a different reproductive clinic, we feel the treatment we have received is out of this world! Everyone makes you feel so sincerely cared for and not just another number. We are still in the process of doing IVF here, but regardless off the outcome, we feel confident that everyone involved in our care has truly "given it their all!" From the Ultrasound Technicians, Nurse's, Receptionists, Business office gals, Phlebotimists, Anesthesiologist and Physicians... Literally everyone has been amazing and truly holds a place in my heart. With such a sensitive environment for nearly everyone who walks through the door, the extra bit of kindness makes all the difference to us! We initially started our treatment plan with Dr. Kohlmeier but have been handed over to Dr. Hanson due to her being on leave. We have nothing but great things to say about both of them and appreciated how smooth the transition was from one to the other. Although we don't hear from our Physician often, the Nurse's are wonderful about calling and responding to messages promptly (bless their patient souls because there have been a lot of questions on my end). Pink Team-Jamie & Steph, Amy, Megan, Dana, Chelsea and so many more... THANK YOU! Edit: We welcomed a beautiful baby girl 12/10/23! <3 Edit edit: Confirmed second pregnancy 5/1/26. We did have our ups and downs going through this emotional and physical process. We did have to wait long periods of time for doctor visits inbetween steps. But there is a highly organized method to the madness and we went through their process. We had success in our early 40's. You do have to know yourself and ask questions. Understand the statistics and different options in case plan A does not work. It's always helpful to have a plan B in the back of your mind so that you can deal with plan A disappointments better. You also have to do your own research regarding these drugs and how they work. You need to be your own medical advocate for example requesting vitamin suppliment lists and outside factors that you can try to support your fertility. Requesting or asking about different drugs you read about that might help your particular case. In the end we found the right protocol of meds that worked for my body together. It felt like we were a team trying to solve a puzzle through trial and error. We are so grateful to the expertise of CCRM Edina clinic and thrilled our plan A worked out for us.

I felt like nothing more than a file in a system. Unfortunately, my experience with CCRM has felt no different. If you have the ear of a nurse, support exists—but if you don’t advocate for yourself, nobody will. Here’s why I am so deeply disappointed and honestly heartbroken. Less than a week ago, I met with the Blue Team for my IVF consult. I had joined CCRM about three months earlier and chose to try IUI twice before moving into an IVF protocol. After that consult, the nurse told me to call on cycle day 1 to schedule my baseline ultrasound, bloodwork, and pre-op physical. She also reviewed my stim protocol and ordered our prescriptions. From that point on, our entire focus was on securing our medication for the upcoming cycle—just days away. When I arrived at the office today, I was told I needed to pay the full outstanding balance for the egg retrieval cycle—nearly $20,000—immediately. My insurance does not cover IVF, so no, I was not shocked by the cost. What I was shocked by was learning that full payment was due at the first appointment. Had someone from the business office contacted me—via message (app), task (app), or phone call—between my consult and today’s appointment, I would have been fully prepared. That single communication would have saved me a tremendous amount of time, stress, and heartbreak. Instead, I was offered my first-ever consult with the business office—where I was met with absolutely zero empathy. I was told that today’s appointment was “irrelevant” and that a nurse would not be calling me with next steps unless I paid the remaining balance before their office closed—just two hours later. To make matters worse, before my appointment, the front desk staff told me that if I could put something down today, I could pay the remainder by my next visit. I immediately paid $1,500 and had no issue paying the rest—I just needed a few days to move funds between accounts. Instead, I spent three hours driving, undergoing unnecessary ultrasounds and bloodwork, only to be told: Read the fine print. You should have known. Today, CCRM showed me exactly who they are. I feel incredibly stuck because I have already spent over $4,000 on IVF medications. Starting over feels impossible. But for anyone else going through this—I'm so sorry. This process is already hard enough. Emotional enough. CCRM is not it. And honestly, CRM isn’t either. These are the “leading” clinics in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, which makes this even more heartbreaking. CCRM describes themselves as offering “compassionate fertility care.” What I experienced today was anything but compassionate. 2/12 Update: CCRM responded. Suggested I call. I did. Left a VM, and no call back. Oh, and upon check-in this morning, one of the girls looked at me and said, "I'm not clocked in. " [blank stare] JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!M

I am deeply saddened for any person experiencing infertility that has had similar experiences with this company and hope for future couples and individuals to not have to experience the same quality and poor service issues as we have in the last year. There are unfortunately too many communication and process issues to list, but I’ll name a few of the largest concerns we experienced: - not completing important legal documentation in a timely manner per FDA guidelines, and requesting us as the patient to complete it years later. -not being told our provider left the practice until weeks after he had already gone -not being informed that our provider would be out of the office until the day before our scheduled embryo transfer -telling our surrogate that she could proceed with another transfer when in fact us as intended parents were told that we were not able to proceed with another transfer using our chosen surrogate. -being told by our new provider, Dr. Batcheller, that she didn’t “have time to listen to a therapy session about our frustrations with CCRM,” despite three consecutive miscarriages (including one with twins) and then proceeding to HANG UP ON ME. The lack of empathy and absolute disrespect to do this to someone who is experiencing fertility loss is just absolutely next level shocking. I hope that anyone using CCRM will consider alternate routes of fertility services, which is so unfortunate considering the limited options already available to those experiencing challenges with infertility. For me, this is not an easy decision to write this review as three years ago CCRM assisted us in having a beautiful little girl. I had hoped through each communication obstacle that in sharing our frustrations, administration at CCRM would take action to try and improve communications and services to retain us as valued clients and that is simply not the case here. The day of, I called the office to ask how to connect since I hadn't gotten any follow-up. Just to find out they had auto-cancelled my appointment because I hadn't made an account through their online portal. Here's the kicker - I didn't even have any communication from them telling me it was at risk of being cancelled, and ALSO no followup that it had even been cancelled at all!! My partner and I both took time off work for this, which is the least of our issues. We've been through a lot as I'm sure anyone looking for a reproductive center knows. After scheduling in advance and the mental and emotional hurdles, it boggles my mind that THIS is what is stopping us from moving forward. Needless to say we won't be going with this clinic, but with all the hurdles just to get to the point of getting an appointment, I'm not even sure if we'll be going anywhere else either. This has really put a wrench in the process, and really is killing any hope we have. Honestly in a way I'm glad this happened so quickly 🙄. This is absolutely not the kind of place I would trust with such sensitive work seeing how little they care for their customers. I'm sure the staff is great, but damn this is not a good look for your business. Once they are on the line its a very transactional conversation. The patients are viewed as a number and a source of revenue. Your questions seldom are answered and they push you off to call with the doctor. The call with the doctor after a failed blast was even worse. She had no plan for how we move forward. Please keep in mind she had over two weeks to look at my chart and develop a plan yet she came with nothing. She also said things such as "i can't make anymore eggs" completely out of touch with the human side of this process. No empathy whatsoever within that clinic. We were just a number. This clinic and its employees should be ashamed of how they treat patients.S

We were very afraid going into this cycle, but the CCRM staff eased our fears, heard us out every step of the way, & made this experience 100x better. Dr. Burgart listened to our previous story, made changes to our plan from last time, & we ended up with 9 healthy frozen embryos! The staff at CCRM are so smart, kind, empathetic, & really know their stuff! I received education this cycle that I never received before. The staff are phenomenal! This includes not only our main doctor, Dr. Burgart, but also my egg retrieval surgeon Dr. Hanson, the urologist who consulted Dr. Milbank, the nurses, the ultrasound staff, the lab staff, the receptionists, everyone! There was never a point in this cycle that I didn't feel well cared for. The clinic is also beautiful & makes you feel comfortable at all times. They tack on a $300 monitoring fee for IUIs that are not billed through insurance. Save your money and do IUIs through CRM. They do not charge this fee. 2. The billing office is awful and treats you like trash. I have been billed wrongly for storing incomplete embryos that were supposed to be donated to science. I've been sent to collections twice. Once for a tiny laboratory fee that was not wrapped into our other costs and that I did not receive a bill for and once for another small bill that was from 3 years ago that was sent to a wrong address. I still don't know how that can happen when you pay all outstanding bills before doing any type of procedure. 3. The nurses only communicate via the app and are extremely hard to get a hold of to ask questions. Jayme is an awesome nurse, but I have had mixed experiences with the other nurses. 4. The ultrasound team made a privacy error in calling what I was there for instead of my name to the entire waiting room. I tried to call and let the manager know, but they never called me back. They also do not discuss results right away. CRM is fantastic in bringing in the nurse after the scan and discussing the results, so you leave knowing the plan. 5. I could actually physically meet with my doctor at CRM, and he really took a lot of time with us. With CCRM, I only met with them virtually or the day of retrieval. They also would only spend about 5-10 minutes per app. 6. One of the tests was ran badly, and they couldn't say for certain if both of my tubes were clear. I asked if should do it again, but the doctor said it was fine and it was most likely clear. Well, spoiler, one was actually blocked, and I later had an ectopic. I would have greatly benefited by repeating the test and having the knowledge. 7. Once I switched to CRM, we made changes to my IUI protocol. Dr. Kapfamer listened to our concerns and made substantial changes. It is my firm belief that these improvements made a huge difference and were the reason I quickly became pregnant.A
