We spent a long time researching fertility clinics all across California, reading reviews, comparing success stories, and trying to find a place that truly felt right. The moment we found Dr. Mor and his team, something felt different. We had a feeling this was finally the clinic that would help us achieve our dream of having a family, and we are so grateful that we trusted that feeling. Thanks to Dr. Mor and the entire team, my wife became pregnant on our very first round of IVF, and today we are blessed with our beautiful daughter. Even writing those words still feels surreal after everything we went through to get here. Infertility is one of the most emotionally exhausting and stressful experiences a person can go through, but from the very beginning, everyone at the clinic treated us with kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine care. Every question we had was answered, every concern was taken seriously, and we always felt supported throughout the process. Dr. Mor and his staff have an incredible way of making patients feel comfortable and hopeful during such a vulnerable time in their lives. We drive 3 to 4 hours with traffic just to come to this clinic, and every single trip has been more than worth it. My own OBGYN just told me to relax and gave me some medication and recommended birth control to control my cycle for the past year. I finally had enough and I called around to many fertility clinics. All of them felt like scams who just wanted me to pay out of pocket $300 for an ultrasound and basically made me feel like it was more of a scam than me getting my family started. I called in to schedule an appointment and it was very easy. The staff at this office are incredibly helpful and you could tell they had fun working here. Their billing department is also amazing. We didn't have to wonder about any fees or any type of coverage. All of that was explained to us in detail and we were never surprised by ANY charges. Seriously. The best. Dr. Mor made me feel seen when he spoke to me. He listened to my story and my symptoms and gave me explanations to everything. He reassured me that we could get pregnant and that this was not the end all. There were many things we could do like IVF or IUI or anything else. We opted for a IUI and thankfully we were pregnant on the first attempt :) The care this team has given to me over the past 9 weeks from before I was pregnant, when I had my procedure, and the monitoring and care I had before being handed off to my OBGYN has made this entire experience so much less scary. I got to see my baby almost every week until 7 weeks and then at 9 weeks they graduated me. I didn't feel confused or anxious or wonder if my baby was growing well. I got to physically see my baby and it did wonders for my first time mom anxieties. The tests and monitoring of my blood levels and vitamins are also great because it let me know exactly what my baby needed. Overall I can't recommend this facility enough. From the moment you walk in to the last appointment when you leave you are supported and loved the entire time! I was a cash-pay IVF patient at…My previous review describing this experience was removed, so I am reposting a concise and factual account of my personal experience as a patient. I was a cash-pay IVF patient at this practice and found Dr. Mor through Blue Shield’s in-network listing. My IVF retrieval resulted in one genetically normal embryo, and I paid all balances in full, including significant lump-sum cash payments totaling more than $27,000. After retrieval, I was advised to delay my cycle due to an active follicle and begin Lupron. At no point was I told that waiting an additional cycle would create additional charges. I was later told I owed $672, then reassured not to worry and to proceed. At my next visit, I was told again that I owed $672 because I had waited another cycle, which had never been explained in advance. When I asked why the financial impact had not been discussed in real time, I was brought into billing and my request to speak directly with the physician was not easily accommodated. The most concerning part of my experience happened during a follow-up appointment. I was undressed from the waist down for an ultrasound when Dr. Mor and Nurse Erica entered. After the ultrasound, the nurse was dismissed and I was left alone with the physician while still partially undressed. I was not asked if I was comfortable with the chaperone leaving or if I wanted time to get dressed first. Instead of discussing medical care, I was confronted about concerns I had raised regarding billing. The focus was on my wording rather than the lack of billing transparency. This non-medical conversation took place while I was physically vulnerable and unable to comfortably leave without further exposure. I explained that financial decisions directly affect patients and should be discussed clearly and in real time. I was told that financial considerations were not part of the physician’s decision-making and that he had been “this close” to discharging me as a patient just days before my scheduled transfer. I found that extremely upsetting and inappropriate given the timing and circumstances. Afterward, I got dressed and continued with routine care. An office manager later came in and asked if I was okay, which reinforced how uncomfortable the situation had been. The problems continued with conflicting statements about balances owed, being told in person I owed nothing and later being told I did, insurance being billed while I was supposed to be a cash-pay patient, and difficulty getting clear written explanations regarding billing. Even after I cancelled care in writing, I continued receiving repeated calls and messages asking where I was getting bloodwork done and whether I was pregnant. I also received calls from the physician using “No Caller ID,” which I found inappropriate and distressing. When I requested my medical records, there was a delay and I was later told they would not be released without additional payment. Due to the seriousness of these concerns, this incident has been formally reported to the appropriate medical and regulatory boards for review. My advice to future patients is to ask detailed billing questions in writing, bring a partner to appointments whenever possible, and do thorough research before proceeding with care.A year ago, I was feeling very discouraged about getting pregnant.
