Pre-screening application

Surrogate application

Submitting is the first step, not final approval — a coordinator reviews and reaches out about screening, matching, and clearance.

Application FAQs.

How much do surrogates get paid?

Compensation varies by experience, location, and your journey. The team walks you through the full package during your application and coordinator follow-up.

Can I be a surrogate with a tubal ligation?

Often yes — a tubal ligation does not disqualify you, since gestational surrogacy uses an embryo transfer, not your own eggs. A coordinator confirms medical fit during screening.

How long does the process take?

The pre-screening application is an early routing step. Records review, medical clearance, background checks, legal coordination, and matching each add time and happen only after the right professional checks.

What disqualifies someone from being a surrogate?

The first screen checks age 21–38, BMI under 35, at least one prior birth, non-smoking status, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, financial stability, and a currently routed surrogate-recruitment state.
