Yes. Verified military and veteran families can request a $5,000 Patriot Conceptions agency-fee benefit. It applies to agency fees only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Who qualifies for the $5,000 benefit?

The public program language is built for active duty, Guard, Reserve, veterans, medically retired applicants, and certain eligible spouses or partners. Final eligibility is confirmed during review.

What does the fellowship cover?

The fellowship waives 100% of Patriot Conceptions agency fees for two qualifying families each year. It does not automatically cover medical, legal, insurance, or surrogate compensation costs.

Does the fellowship cover medical or legal fees?

No. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, medical, legal, escrow, insurance, travel, and surrogate-compensation costs remain outside the agency-fee benefit.

Can a spouse or partner apply?

Yes. The program is designed to accommodate military-connected family structures, including certain spouses or partners where the service connection and family-building pathway are clear.

What happens if I am not selected?

Qualified applicants can still receive a planning roadmap and can remain eligible for the standard $5,000 military and veteran agency-fee benefit.
