# Patriot Conceptions Agent Access

Patriot Conceptions publishes these public, read-only discovery resources:

- `/llms-full.txt`

Public website pages and the public data catalog do not require registration or a token.

## Live MCP runtime

The public MCP endpoint is `https://gpt.patriotconceptions.com/mcp`. Its current server card is published at `/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json`.

The endpoint uses Streamable HTTP. MCP clients must send `Accept: application/json, text/event-stream`. The current public tools are read-only profile-preview and Surrogacy Atlas lookups. Clients should use the runtime `initialize`, `tools/list`, and `resources/list` responses as the current authority if the static server card becomes stale.

## No public OAuth or signing interface

The Patriot Conceptions website is not an OAuth authorization server and does not publish a public token endpoint, protected-resource scope set, A2A interface, outbound-message signing key set, or agent-skills registry. Their absence is intentional. Agents must not invent credentials, scopes, grant flows, or capabilities.

## Crawlers and user-triggered fetches

Crawler access is described by `/robots.txt` and `/data/ai-crawler-policy.json`. Search crawlers such as `OAI-SearchBot` and user-triggered fetchers such as `ChatGPT-User` may fetch public pages. Search access, user-triggered access, grounding, and training are distinct policy purposes; do not infer one from another.

## Boundaries

Surrogacy and fertility content is general educational information, not medical, legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice. Public MCP and data resources do not authorize access to client, applicant, staff, partner, CRM, or operational records.
